I have had many manicures and pedicures here, both regular polish as well as gel. I have tried other nail salons in town but am now dedicated to this one. Every single time I have been more than satisfied with the services performed. All the nail technicians are sweet, kind, professional, and follow all rules of sanitization. I am sure they accept walk-ins but to be sure of an available appointment I suggest calling ahead. That's what I do and they can usually get me in within a day or two. They have massage chairs which are great to relax in while your pedicure is being done. The salon is quiet and has lots of greenery! I walked into this establishment at 2:30 on a Wednesday. When I walked in, there were two people receiving pedicures. I was not greeted but asked how could I be helped. When I said I wanted a pedicure, I was told they "don't have time". There were no other patrons waiting to receive services and they close at 6pm. Which I later called to confirm. read more

I have only been here twice, but both times I had Lanni and she is very sweet. This is a great place to get a pedicure and they are very reasonable. The polish stays on forever and they have the great massage chairs to sit in. I will be back for my next pedicure with Lanni as soon as I need one!! read more

I just went recently and I would never go back. I got a set of nails (French Tip). They were uneven and messy. She was so rough with the nail grinder that I started bleeding. She didn't clean the nail polish or my nails after being done. The lady wasn't really nice. I tried to have a conversation but she was not interested. She was very rude when you asked a question or asked her to do something different with the nail. Overall, wouldn't recommend. read more

I made an appointment for a medi/pedi for my little sisters wedding. Regular polish on the toes and gel on the nails. The pedicure was okay. Toes look good and they cut my toe nails to where I wouldn't get ingrown toenails which was nice, but the massage and foot scrub could've been better... The mani was also okay, I didn't have much complaints until two days later the gel polish started chipping on multiple nails... The day of the wedding my nails were terrible and the gel polish was even lifting to where I could pull the whole polish off. This was extremely disappointing as I paid $70 all together!! I live in Seattle where I would've spent about $50 (tip and tax included) for this same service with a better pedi and longer lasting results.... read more

The woman who did my nails was very gentle and kind. Could use a little improvement on the acrylics ( two weren't the same length or shape but not major. It was an easy fix.) felt comfortable with the safety measures being taken for COVID. Then my friend who was with me they said it was $30 for hers then went to pay after they were done and it was $35. She brought it to their attention and they said nope it's $37! read more

My mom and I are new to town and heard this place was good. We called ahead of time and asked if they do walk-in's or if we needed to make an appointment. The woman on the phone said that we did not need an appointment and told us to come in whenever. When we came in the next day and asked if we could get some manicures to which the lady who was with a customer was extremely rude in telling us that we needed an appointment and when my mother asked if there was any time later in the day that she could fit us in she basically shooed us away basically saying she didn't want our business.
