The phone prompt asked me if I would like English or Spanish. So I pushed for English it put me into the queue. The Rep answerd me which location I was looking for ? So I said Manchester Connecticut. The Rep must have been in an Asian country the Rep had a very heavy Indian accent I could barely understand anything he was telling me. Looking for what benefits were available to me it was frustrating to comprehend what the benefits were. Over and over I had to ask for clarification. So I ended the call and called Fine Fettle in Newington and received a totally different experience. Fine Fettle staff answered all my questions and I spoke to someone that was actually in the store. The benefits were much better. As a consumer I can spend my money where I choose so I choose Fine Fettle. Sorry Curaleaf but you folks need to get your customer service fixed. The Rep from Curaleaf was obviously reading from a script and I'm not sure he even understood what he was reading. The delivery from Curaleaf is $150.00 minimum Fine Fettle $100.00 10% discount for seniors and low income the discount would be 15% non stackable. When you have a potential customer who is a senior in a wheelchair looking for answers outsourcing your calls out to an Rep who is extremely difficult to understand just doesn't work. Hopefully this will hit home and they fix this frustrating issue.

The staff is consistently so friendly, welcoming, and efficient. The place is always clean, my order is always correct, and I'm always in and out quickly. That level of consistency is hard to find, and they absolutely deserve recognition for it. Sean is wonderful and always a pleasure to deal with. I also have to give a special shoutout to one of the women who works there -- brunette, usually with her hair in braided pigtails. I unfortunately don't know her name, but she is AMAZING with customers. She is energetic, attentive, personable, quick, and never misses a beat. Years ago, I pitched my cassette and Eight Track tapes (Trouble Man by Marvin Gaye and Superfly by Curtis Mayfield were personal favorites). But I have hundreds of LPs and CDs and really didn't know what to do with them. Until now. Today I sold four of my albums to the Trading Post as a test, and I was very happy with the results. I will be going back with more of my LPs and CDs. I exchanged e-mails with Elise, and then met her at the store and she couldn't have been more personable, helpful, professional, and just plain nice. Trading Post is most interested in 1960's-2000's rock,  reggae, and metal genres. They inspect your records for quality, their inventory and pricing data and give you an offer in either cash or store credit. She researched my four albums while I wandered around the store.  It's crammed with records, CDs, video games, tie dye everything, posters, shirts, blankets and smoking accessories. Elise made me a very fair offer, and that was enough for me to know I'll be back with my CDs and vinyl after the Holidays.
