He had great customer service and was very knowledgeable about everything I needed. I appreciate the time he took to go through all of my options, as I know it's a long process to go through. He let me know at checkout about all of the policies that went with the divides, tanks, etc. He also went through the app card with me and I signed up(of course). Would 10/10 recommend this store to anyone who wants a chill environment and very friendly and knowledgeable employees to fit their needs.

You walk in, tell them what you need and while you're checking out... they turn the touchscreen keypad towards you allowing you to elect a 15,20 or 25% tip. That to me, is just gross. You didn't make me a latte, provide stimulating conversation or make my day better in any way, you pulled something off a shelf. I always left feeling ick. Aaaaand, the gentleman behind the counter told me they haven't even unpacked everything they carry yet - we can expect more display cases in the future. Not only is the selection huge and about to get bigger, but I was also told that none of the glassware comes from China, they are trying to keep everything high quality. I don't know to much about how to gauge that sort of thing, but I can tell you some of the pipes in their were so cool looking I kind of wanted to get one just for decoration lol. When I came back and questioned him about taking advantage of me, he refused to admit any wrongdoing and blamed me for trusting him. Then he called the cops on me when I asked for his managers number. I went to another vape shop and got a great piece for $50 and it was better than the $140 one Mike sold me. Be cautious with this guy. He's worse than a used car salesman.
