Pros: Clean, well-maintained laundromat. -There's a good…read morenumber of machines, and I like how the machines are grouped and labeled by size so you don't have to waste time searching around for the right one. -It seems the washers are pretty fast and efficient. -Very convenient parking--you can park in their lot, and the door is right in front of you. -The restroom is very clean. -The prices may be a tad high during regular times, but there are several times for discounts, and the Wednesday all-day discount on all washers is one of the best deals in town, especially with the larger washers. (It also cuts down on the competition you may experience at the other large laundromat in town.) -had a non-urgent question about my laundry card, and Customer Service replied the next day and graciously gave me a credit remotely via web site chat. The cons: -The seats are awkwardly close together. -The Wednesday evening that I went, the attendant, though nice, spoke almost no English, so I couldn't get help for a question regarding the laundry card machine. -The biggest downside for me is the limited number of settings on the washers. You can't select combination of options that is not in the 8 common presets, such as heavy soil warm water, or normal cold wash. There's no option at all for an extra wash or extra rinse. I use all these settings pretty regularly. Anyway, it seems my laundry has come out decently clean as far as I can tell.

Not to be long winded, but the last time I did do it myself I complained about something and when I came in today noticed that my complaint had been addressed and no longer an issue. On my 2nd visit to pick up my parka, white powder was all over the place with wrinkles, and the front zipper was broken. In response to my complaint, he insisted that it had been broken on receipt, and even gave me insulting comments 'it doesn't look expensive'. I declined to accept, and he reluctantly agreed to clean again (without admitting screwing up my zipper). Why would I ask for dry cleaning of a parka with a broken zipper? On my 3rd visit (when fur jacket was supposed to be ready as well), he said he had not asked the fur jacket to be cleaned by a 3rd party. WHAT? Now my parka was without powder and wrinkles were half removed. The worst, unfriendly, rude and most importantly, not functioning as a cleaner. I don't know how they survived for more than 10 years, but now I see others had similar experiences before. I should have looked into the yelp reviews. Wouldn't go there ever, and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I have never used their coin laundry facility but the facility and the folding area looks very clean. They also have alternation service.
