Price for the gown hemming was only $30 -- other places I called for a quote said around $50-60, so I thought this was a deal. The price to hem both coats was $50--again, not a bad deal for 2 coats. I also drop off my laundry here to get done by the pound--never came back with missing items. Cost for wash & fold service was about $1/lb. Their dry cleaning is solid too -- manages to get any stains/loose strands fixed before returning back to me. They're always friendly and welcoming upon entering - I highly recommend. Even though I don't live around the corner from this place anymore, I still make the trip up here for special alteration requests or hemming because I trust her work.

I had called before hand to be sure they could do it and the tailor was honest in saying that he should be able to but would have to see the coat to be certain. He wasn't the friendliest tailor at first. He quoted me $8 and provided a slip for pick up after 5pm the next evening. I happens to be around at 3pm so I stopped in to see if by chance it was ready early and sure it was! He was very pleasant during this transaction. I'll definitely return.
