So I called, and after 2-3 phone calls, finally talked to Carlos. Carlos claims he told the attendant to refund me from the register and the attendant "misunderstood." Fine, refund my card then. "No, I can't. It has to be cash." Ok, I don't want to drive for 2 hours, can you mail me the cash? "No." Ok, will you or your attendant drive for 2 hours to refund me, since it was your mistake? "No, why would I do that?" Because you messed up! Not me! Waste of my time, unprofessional, don't make it right when they mess up. I would not risk going here. Carlos is awful.

I called triple aaa but their Jack was note strong enough, and it turned out my spare tire did not have a safe valve stem.
