I paid for the $80 detail package, not the "we waved a rag at it and called it a day" package…read more When I got my car back, there was still dirt packed into the cup holders, dust all over the dashboard, dog hair covering the rear seats and cargo area, grime in the door handles, fingerprints and streaks all over the windshield, and dust still sitting on the turn signal stalk. I could've gotten the same result by driving through a rainstorm and having my cousin Vinny yell "looks clean enough" from the sidewalk. The manager refused a refund and offered a gift card instead. Respectfully, if the first $80 cleaning left this much behind, I'm not exactly excited to come back and try for round two. I don't expect perfection. I drive a dog-mobile, not a museum piece. But when you advertise an interior detail and charge premium prices, I expect someone to at least declare war on the dirt before surrendering.

The BASIC states it's for general dust and dirt - I should have upgraded. But both points of contact with staff were friendly and most importantly I watched as the "wash woman" made an adjustment on the equipment so the giant roller was deactivated for my aftermarket Thule racks. I've had several cars tinted at other shops over the years and haven't always had the best experiences. Having worked in the automotive business myself, I'll also admit I can be a little more particular than the average customer. I tend to notice the little things that most people probably wouldn't, which is both a blessing and a curse. That's why I put off tinting the RAV4 for so long. Turns out I was worried for nothing. Pedro's work was extremely clean, his attention to detail was excellent, and the entire experience was easy and professional from start to finish. My only complaint is that I didn't find him sooner. I'll absolutely be coming back to Pedro in the future, and the RAV4 will be back for a ceramic paint coating as well. If you're picky about your cars and want the job done right, Pedro is your guy.

The pricing suggests a premium service, but the execution is sloppy. ​From incomplete tire dressing to leaving damp towels in my car, the quality control is non-existent. After a particularly bad experience, management (Jeff) offered a free wash to make it right. Not only was the staff rude and argumentative about honoring the credit, but the wash itself was just as bad as the previous ones. Having to fight with staff just to receive a sub-par 'apology' wash isn't worth the headache. This business needs a serious overhaul in both training and customer service. Don't waste your money or your time at Matt and Jeff's.
