I called in a panic at 8:30 on a Saturday morning with a spraying leak / broken pipe in my house. They answered right away and got the information. They said they would get there ASAP and asked me to text my address. Seconds later I received a text with an exact ETA in about an hr. That being said I live at least 45mins from their offices.
