Jimmy showed up at the exact time he said he would, took the time to explain the system to me, and quickly identified that the previous owners had actually left the sump pump system incomplete. He walked me through what had been done, explained what still needed to be addressed, and gave me recommendations for who to contact for the next steps. What impressed me most was that Jimmy was incredibly helpful despite the fact that there ultimately wasn't a service he could provide or anything for him to sell me. He treated my home and my questions with the same level of care and professionalism I would expect from a contractor I had hired for a major job. The bathtub had to be done multiple times as inexperienced people failed to fix the problem. The water heater was a comedy of errors. First, it worked fine ans was not an emergency but following building guidelines. The simple task was to tak a unit OUT of a closet and out a new one IN the closet. What happened? 1) they used the wrong size until and had to cut draining trays to wedge the unit into the closet 2) they completely tore the door and frame apart to get the unit in the closet 3) went back on their promise to pay for 50% of the repairs---they should have paid all of them but I wanted to end the crazy cycyle Net net, the work was not good and the support to fix it was worse.
