Not going to lie at first I was getting real shady vibes. After filling out an online application, a couple of days later a representative reach out to me via email requesting my personal information. So after the information is exchanged, two weeks go by before hearing anything from anyone. Now I'm calling to figure out what's going on, like did I get denied or approved. After calling a few times I finally got through. Apparently my lawyers haven't reach out or responded to High Rise Financial to approve or deny my pre-settlement. So now I'm blowing up my law firm to figure out why they haven't responded yet. The law firm never told me about the specific phone and email to the person that deals directly with pre-settlement at their law firm. So I get the information to them Friday and got approved Monday. Moving forward I most definitely think that High Rise Financial is a good company of course with some flaws but for the most part if you work with them they will work with you. Genaro is the one who has mainly always assisted me, nonetheless the entire staff/team is super sweet and work super fast to get the money to you. High rise financial makes the process of getting a loan so easy for you, you nearly have to do nothing other than sign here and there. The "hardest" thing about the entire process is putting in your correct banking info for them to wire the money over to you in as quick as an hour(that's how easy and helpful they make the process) My journey since my motorcycle accident hasn't been the easiest/best. Since I've had my case open there's been so many hiccups financially in my life. At one point I only got approved for 3k but then I spoke to one of the ladies and she ended up assisting me and was so helpful that I was able to get 5k at one point.
