I was outside in the parking lot and my ex boyfriend was being verbally abusive and started a physical altercation with me. Mr. Sosa, one of the security guards, immediately stated for my ex to step away from me. I started walking fast towards the hospital's emergency entrance and my ex started following me and again put his hands me. Mr. Sosa immediately intervened and made it known for him to stop. Mr. Sosa made me feel instantly safe and created a safe boundary between my ex and I. Mr. Sosa had me go inside the building while he firmly instructed my ex boyfriend to stay away from me. He watched over me and made sure when I left that I safely got into my Uber and kept me out of harms way. He also assisted me with resolving other matters with my ex by speaking on my behalf and wouldn't permit my ex to enter the building. He not only dealt with my ex's persistence, scary, and aggresive behavior but went way out of his way to speak on my behalf and have personal issues between my ex and I resolved. I recently had lightning strike close enough to my home that my WiFi system was damaged. My system…read moreincludes Ubiquity access points that were no longer working. I cold called PalmTech in desperete need of immediate help. Ivy took down all my info and promised to pass it along to a tech to see if they could help but also told me they didn't usually do residential work. I never heard from PalmTech again, but I did get a call from an affiliate of theirs named Praetas Technologies and within 4 hours of my call they sent a tech. Two hours later Preatas solved my problems at a very reasonable cost. It isn't often that a company, with no financial interest in the outcome, solves a problem for someone they have never worked for. I have been a customer since 2018. When I bought and renovated my NYC office, my electrician…read moreinstalled an alarm system with monitoring. After a few years, he retired and no one bought his business. I tried for weeks to find someone to take over the monitoring but no one could/would. I did a search and found Geoarm in Florida. Not only were they willing to take over the monitoring for a fair and reasonable price, but they were able to remotely transfer all of the data to their system without a visit and without a charge! For years, Ralph, Kevin and Sal were able to help me when small issues arose with my system (never an issue with the monitoring) often for free and always via remote assistance. I ultimately bought a home that had ADT monitoring with some broken parts and non-functioning monitoring. ADT came out and told me the entire system would need to be replaced; that it could not be relocated as I requested; and they offered a steep monthly monitoring charge determined in part, by the value of the surrounding homes in the neighborhood. Immediately, I changed to Geoarm. They were able to address all of the issues remotely including problems that arose from ADTs improper installation. They were able to offer me dual modality wifi/cellular communication as backup to the issues I had with the existing communicator. When sensors went bad in the old system, GeoArm was able to help me find and install new wireless ones remotely, and help get them working with the system. Despite my receiving "all of the codes and programming and master codes" from the prior owner, I did not have one of the necessary codes. Geoarm was able to remotely find this and share it with me when my in-person alarm repair person/electrician could not. Geoarm provides old-world, knowledgeable, professional, prompt and friendly service ---something you can rarely find today. And, they do it at fair and reasonable prices.
