Wasted my time driving down the freeway trying to get to the Adelanto location before it closed at 9pm. I arrived before 9pm only to have the access to the parking lot closed. When driving to the back of the property's parking lot the doors to the business were still open, but security would not allow anyone to enter, all still taking place before 9pm!!! If they close access to the parking lot at 8:55 like the security guard says, then it is false advertising to say that the business is open until 9pm when access to the parking lot ends at 8:55pm. The business should let consumers know on their website that the parking lot access is closed at 8:55pm and no more customers will be allowed into the building even tho "technically" they are advertised to be open until "9pm". LET CUSTOMERS KNOW ONLINE THAT IF THEY DONT MAKE IT BEFORE 8:55PM THEY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED INTO THE PARKING LOT OR BUILDING. THIS WILL PREVENT PEOPLE FROM WASTING THEIR TIME AND GAS TRYING TO GET THERE BETWEEN 8:55PM AND 9PM!!! read more

I honestly thought this establishment was a decent place up until recently. I've been coming for the past year and a half and have at least spent 4 to 5 thousand dollars on merchandise. Yet the customer service and product satisfaction is never accurate. Multiple times have I had to receive faulty cartridges and even returned one that didn't work at all. Today was the worst experience yet when a cart was also defective not hitting full power an awful after taste. I called before hand and was told it would be no problem to exchange an to come by since I was only there but not 10 minutes prior. When I arrived I was confronted by a huge heavy set white lady with dark hair where she proceeded to roll her eyes and laugh as she tells me she could care less, that even though I was misinformed it wasn't her fault, and the "employee" didn't know what he was talking about, and she could not help me because I "just didn't like it" as she quoted very sarcastically. I even offered to pay more but she turned me away. I have not been presented by such horrible customer service in a long time. I even manage a company myself. I have yet decided if I'll be returning. No THC edibles because as it seems the whole state is lacking. However, the entry process is easy and there are so many flowers to smell. This is a good spot with well priced products. There are only a few places to visit like this one and both are good to go. This one had heavier traffic at the time I visited on a Saturday afternoon. When I called they suggested that I come early because it can get busy. When I went to enter an armed guard opened entry door and kindly greeted me, so far so good. I was kindly asked to show ID at the check in window and was given a ticket and told to proceed to the dispensary. After standing in a line behind a couple folks I was called forward to the counter. Being my 1st time in a dispensary I was a bit nervous but the kid that helped me was very patient and kind. I'm not a big user so the attendant suggested a high quality product that was smaller buds but a lot less expensive and gave me a 10% discount. Not knowing what to expect I felt safe in their store and was satisfied with the service. Next time I will order on line and skip some of the wait. I was under the impression the pen I purchased was broken so I drove 30 minutes and called before heading out and was told I could receive an exchange. They refused to exchange once I arrived although the product was not used. They only care about money and definitely not customer satisfaction. The manager was rude and continued to brush me off while trying to keep my receipt in her hand and telling me to have a nice day in a sarcastic way while I was still talking. As I continued to talk she raised her voice. Not once was I rude but I guess she doesn't like the fact that what they are doing is wrong and someone called them out on it. So I have been coming here for years, at least since 2019. I have spent a lot of money as well, as I am sure in the thousands. I bought a 1 gram cartridge as I always do. I usually check the box and expiration because they have tried to sell expired items before. Well, this one day I trusted the girl and they sold me a very used and tampered-with cartridge. I get home, open the bag, and immediately call. They tell me to bring it in with the receipt and that shouldn't be a problem. I bring in the cartridge unused by me(because I'm not putting my mouth on something used.) I tell them I have an exchange the cashier immediately rips it out of my hand before I get to say why and takes it to the back. The manager Lauren doesn't even ask why and says " Its not defective..." I informed her that the box was opened and the sticker on the cartridge was rubbed off and there was discoloration in the oil. Lauren automatically assumed I wanted a refund, I told her I just wanted an exchange and she got loud and rude. I informed her that I am come there A LOT and spent a lot of money with them. Lauren then proceeded to tell me "I don't care how much you spent here!" She even threatened to have security take me out but he couldn't because I was calm the entire time. After realizing that this company does not stand by the products they sell or on business. The security guard told me, once outside that this is a common occurrence and happens all the time. I have been coming here for sometime now. But since the pandemic I have to be critical of how they are handling things and it's not too great. First they offer "curbside pickup" which isnt really curbside. Your literally standing outside in a line next to paper sign that says "Curbside pickup". Which you still have to go inside and wait with 20 other people. Not too mention I saw a cancer patient waiting outside with his mask on because he didn't want to risk being inside (clearly immunocompromised don't get priority). Security is rude and the wait just isn't worth it. I'm definitely going somewhere else and now I'm glad I did because I dont have to wait in line anymore! read more

I personally enjoy coming here, the High Seasons brand flower never disappoints, and their concentrates are always good quality, I will say they it's a bit pricy.
