I have to give this place three stars, I placed an order yesterday at 3:46... from there it took five hours to get an Incorrect Order. Long story, three phone calls to them last night, which gave us no solution ,and the Customer service was deplorable, they deserve Zero stars. Also, they blamed everybody for the mixup including the Weedmaps application. I called this morning at 11:30 AM, talked to a different manager, who was Absolutely Lovely. They immediately wanted to rectify the situation, and absolutely did , Five Stars for the dayshift ,will I use them again, not sure. But if I ever do, I will definitely make sure, I only use the team underneath the Day Manager. And the delivery driver for today, was Wonderful. read more

Order days ahead. get cash. Seriously...their card readers are unreliable...the driver said it happens quite a bit. So if you use this dispensary for delivery... order early. Your SOL if they have a problems with their equipment. They ruined our party last night as we ordered around 5:00 pm. It looked like the order was accepted and a delivery was on its way...the driver never showed and NO ONE FROM GREEN SCORPION CONTACTED US TO LET US KNOW!!! Everyone else had now closed As a matter of fact, I believe instead of a fitting apology and delivery at daybreak!... (just kidding) I could see this becoming a punishment to me for being really dissapointed. Super Disappointed. Client for Three YEARS. Long delivery times, seems like tampered items. Inconsistent products listed online, Products they have in stock are different. It takes at least an hour to complete the order. The they call you back telling you they don't have what you ordered. It now takes 2-6 hours to get your delivery. I am a medical patient. I depend on my meds to keep me out of pain. I have used this company to deliver my meds for years, the last couple months have been really bad. Something changed, they used to care. I have been a longtime faithful customer to Green Scorpion, not sure what happened, but ever since the new ownership they have really let me down. They say that they will put you on a callback list when your product gets in,well I have been put on that list five times and have not got a call back once, when I call back two days later and ask them has any of my product came in they said yes, but they are out of it again, so I had to suffer because they couldn't call me for my product when it came in, And did not offer me any other jars at a discounted price for their mess up, just excuses, Although they may have some of the best product that really doesn't matter if it's never in ,this would've never happened with the previous owners, not sure if I will continue going here. They don't make me feel like a valued customer like the previous owners. And the wait times for product to get delivered. Has gotten ridiculous. It's very frustrating to be a longtime client. That is always make sure to tip the driver. Especially when you put in your order 2 1/2 hours before it closes and the website says delivery within an hour and a half then they wait 30 minutes to call you and let you know it's too late to make that delivery even though they still have two hours and they're supposed to make it in an hour and a half. When I questioned them about it, it was excuse after excuse like. We're running really far behind, then I'm sorry we moved locations and didn't update our website. The product isn't the issue, it's the service. The product is always reliable which is why I hate that I can't get reliable delivery from here. Not only do drivers not ID when they are legally supposed to, but patients have to gamble if they will get discreet delivery or not. They offer no ETA or delivery updates and usually have the drivers call when they get there so you have to scramble to get ready for the driver so they don't leave. The menu always has discrepancies no matter the time. They also have discrepancies in pricing where your receipt doesn't match the price when ordering so they add hidden fees for tips for drivers. Longest ran dispensary in the area more like longest delivery times. I go dispensary so I don't have to deal with the unreliability of a plug. read more
