Give me some time and I will find a replacement." Within FIVE MINUTES we had a new DJ hired. I cannot speak enough regarding the importance of hiring local vendors who know the area and have connections in the area. Jenny didn't stop assisting us once our wedding was over either as she assisted us in negotiations with the DJ for a reimbursement. I will never be able to thank Jenny enough. I went from being incredibly overwhelmed planning a destination wedding to feeling so at ease and confident with the professionals that I hired. I purchased a photo shoot through a school charity auction and paid an additional $2,000 to Leshem Loft LLC for a "scene shoot" upgrade. After a full day of shooting and detailed preparation, I was shocked to be told I would receive nothing -- unless I paid thousands more for a single image. When I asked what was included in the donation and upgrade, I was told, "You get nothing because you upgraded." The photographer also referred to the session as "a waste of her time." Though she initially offered to refund the $2,000, she later reneged on that promise -- forcing me to dispute the charge through my credit card company. The experience was unprofessional, dismissive, and disappointing -- especially since it originated from a charitable event. I've participated in many auctions and worked with excellent photographers; I've never encountered pricing practices like this or felt so poorly treated. What I thought would be an elegant and meaningful experience turned out to be deeply frustrating -- and left me with absolutely nothing to show for it and deeply disappointed. For this reason, I felt compelled to write this review.

Gorgeous! I…read morerecently attended a wedding ceremony here and it was perfect! So beautiful! Amazing views of the Mt. Crested Butte and all the flowers! This a great setting. As a guest, it was great. It was easy to find. It had lots of parking (and easy spots to park in). Nice views. Clean bathrooms. Places for shade. Close to the condos and the town. If I lived in Crested Butte this would definitely be the only option for a wedding venue! It is just so gorgeous. The only downside was the amount horseflies! I got mad bug bites allover during the ceremony. And I wasn't the only one. That was a common complaint amongst fellow guests. If you're considering this for your wedding, keep that in mind.
