Given the cost, the reputation of the company, and the careful planning that went into our event, this outcome was deeply disappointing. Therefore, we carefully planned the reception to assure that our guests were well taken care of and more importantly well fed. Despite careful planning over several conversations/meetings with Red Maple Catering, we were left very dissatisfied with this caterer's end product. The quantity of food provided by Red Maple given the rather high cost of the catering was nowhere near our expectations. As one of the event hosts, I was only able to try 2 different appetizers (1 piece of each) the entire evening. Many of our guests subsequently told us they had to leave the reception early "to eat" and we ended up having to order multiple boxes of pizza for those guests that were able to stay at the reception. Needless to say, this was extremely embarrassing for us and the other reception event hosts. Again, given the rather high cost of the catered event (even for Beaver Creek) we definitely did not get our money's worth at all. Overall, our experience was extremely disappointing, and we would not recommend this caterer to anyone looking to host an event.

Not only did she flawlessly coordinate our wedding day, but she also helped manage our ENTIRE wedding weekend, including the welcome party, the after-party and our farewell brunch. Knowing she was handling every detail allowed us, our families, and our guests to truly relax and enjoy every moment. Before our outdoor ceremony, we experienced blizzard conditions and she handled everything with incredible grace and composure. She was literally outside tirelessly relighting candles and making sure every detail still felt magical despite the chaos around her. At no point did she let us feel stressed or worried. What amazes me most is that after the wedding, when we met with her, she shared all the things that had almost gone wrong behind the scenes which we had absolutely no idea any of it was happening. That alone speaks to her professionalism, experience and calm leadership under pressure. She protected our experience so we could stay fully present and simply enjoy the best weekend of our lives. Not only did I find the best wedding planner in the world, but I truly feel like I found a new friend. That probably says everything you need to know about the kind of person she is. I honestly cannot imagine having gone through this process without her guidance, support and kindness. If you are considering hiring a wedding planner, stop searching and book her immediately.
