Absolutely the worst service department I have ever experienced. I took my car back after less…read morethan 8 months of having new tires put on. One of the tires had a broken belt. I was initially told that it would absolutely be covered under warranty, which is expected for a broken belt after less than 8 months. I was then told later that it would "not be covered because it did not blow out". I asked them to look at the tire, and they could see it was a broken belt. The called back the next day to tell me it would be $80 to have them look closer to determine if the belt was broken. It is clear they did not want to cover the warranty. It is sad that a dealership would have such a horrible service department. You lost all future car sales over one tire.
