***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY***…read more My experience with Pave, Seal and Stripe LLC was one of the worst experiences I have ever went through with a company. I moved to a new house in Wheaton and needed a new driveway to avoid flooding in my garage when heavy rain and snow arrived. On April 11th 2015, I received an estimate for my driveway from Joe Rizzo at Pave, Seal and Stripe LLC. and was asked for half the money down and he would get the permit to do work. On June 10th, they started hauling away my old driveway and when I asked Joe about the permit, he told me he forgot it at home and would give it to me (come to find out - he never received a permit to do the work). Leaving a bunch of material in my yard, they came back two weeks later to pick that up and haul it away. It was raining often so I was told that he couldn't finish asphalting my driveway because the water - totally understandable. He mentioned that there needs to be some gravel put in and leveled to avoid any water issues in the future - it was done a few weeks later. On July 2, Joe told me he would finish my driveway. His crew started to put asphalt down by the garage. Since it wasn't graded properly (according to another asphalt company's analysis), the rain and snow would continue to end up flooding our garage, which was our main concern with our old driveway and was made clear at the initial estimate. When the asphalt was laid in front of the garage, they didn't roll it quick enough at the correct temperature (according to another asphalt company's analysis), which has caused the asphalt to crumble and start coming up already. Only half of my driveway had been covered with asphalt when Joe told me he couldn't do anymore since the asphalt plant broke down and he couldn't get anymore. He told me they are closed for the three-day weekend so he wouldn't be able to finish it until July 6th. I didn't receive any calls back until Joe called me to tell me he would finish my driveway on Wednesday, July 8th because he had another job near my house to make things more convenient for him and his workers. When July 8th came, no one ever showed up. Joe had his wife call me late that night to tell me someone stole his identity and all of his money. He had to get a loan to pay for the asphalt and would for sure finish my driveway on July 10th & again, nobody showed up on the 10th. Again, Joe's wife called to tell me they didn't have a driver. Keep in mind, this is 3 months after the estimate was received. I had been very patient and understanding through the beginning of this entire process. Our area was experiences a lot of rain and I understood that my driveway needed to be dry in order for everything to get done properly. After the countless phone calls, no-shows, and broken promises made by Joe Rizzo, I had begun to lose my patience. I called several times the week of July 12th and left messages for them to call me back and didn't receive a single return phone call. My driveway is currently crumbling and pulling apart on the half portion where they laid asphalt. The other half of my driveway is still stone. If you are looking for an honest, trustworthy company to provide business that is worth your money, DO NOT use Joe Rizzo's company, Pave, Seal and Stripe LLC (1-800-Asphalt).

I just love this company! I would hire them again. Great service. Friendly and honestread more
