(the contractor who did my driveway said it will never be the same again) In questionning Jeff about the shine he stated that is what most/all of his customers want and then stated that is what he had in his garage. Never asked me if I wanted gloss. I now have this ugly driveway and I have to live with it. I do not want to put gloss on the entire drive. I have sealed the rest myself with natural. Be careful, get all in writing because verbal means nothing.

I feel this was his tactics to get more money at the last minute knowing that I needed the job done as soon as possible. To me thats being dishonest.
