I have been a loyal customer for years and have normally had good to great service with getting my windows and solar panels cleaned. Regrettably, the two services have been less than great. Windows and solar panel cleaning on June 5 of 23 and my 4 bedroom screens were blasted and left with holes in them by too much pressure while cleaning them. I did not notice it for a few weeks until I went to open one of my windows and thought better of it. Meanwhile, I had the guys out this June 19th 24 and somehow had a problem with my two back slider windows just not drying properly and spotted. I was unable to get good photos but reached out to Matt and expressed my concern. He promised he would make it a point to be at my next cleaning to insure all went well. Recently to my surprise, one of the bedroom screens fell off...what the heck and never had that happen before. Thankfully we had a contractor here working on our sprinkler system and he was able to get the screen fixed and reinstall. Then he looked at the screen next to it and some of the other ones and ALL the screens that were recently cleaned are installed backwards. We recently hired Dutch Touch to wash our home windows and also to wash and remove many built-up hard water mineral deposits from our back fence panels. Victor from Dutch Touch came out to our home and made short work of our home's windows. He cleaned them so well it looked as if the glass was missing! He went to work on the mineral deposits on the fence panels and was able to completely remove these deposits and clean the entire fence spotlessly! Tyler and his crew were extremely efficient and fast in cleaning all my windows, 2 sliding doors and difficult to reach windows. He also water pressured a small area of outside pavers at no extra cost. Sparking clean windows after Dutch touch technicians did their thing! Inside, outside screens & tracks.... 2 young men showed up with all their own equipment, dressed professionally ready to work... I was on a very tight schedule so I made sure everything was out of their way.... blinds up, counter cleared off, etc... they came in told me what and how they work, one outside doing screens, one inside vacuuming & cleaning tracks. Then the washing begins inside & out at the same time.... to make sure they get all the spots... They use a spot free formula so not a lot of drying involved everything is pretty much air dried and believe me I checked for spots. The only issue I had was they were running a little late I had to call to find out where they were because of my other commitments. They confirmed that I do not have tinted windows "There is also tint on some of the windows that is aged and not looking perfect as well." But also that the job was not done to standards the first time. Matt and Jeremy immediately got to work to make things right. Thank you The two gentlemen came early and were nice and professional. However, they do a basic soap and water spray on and wipe off only! Some of the windows are still not clean as they said it would be a lot more money to have the water spots and dirt removed! Lime away in the soap mix and/or steel wool would easily clean them. For $200 I expected to have sparkling clean windows but I don't and after spending all that money I have to do it myself! I've used dutch touch in the past, and they were amazing!!! This time left something to be desired. The windows were clean, but a few of the windows had drip marks on them after they were done, and some of the tracks were only partially cleaned. The screens didn't seem as clean as they had been in the past, I wondered if they just rinsed the screens and didn't use any cleaner on them. Maybe this was a new crew, or just an off day. I have a two story and have cleaned some of the reachable windows myself the "Windex" way, but never got results like this! They are now so crystal clear and sparkly!
