Sandi was super adorable and sweet with gentle hands. She was definitely trying to make my experience a good one. I got a shampoo cut and style. I must say the shampoo basins were the most comfortable I've ever been in, so no after neck pain which was a plus. She cut my hair first then shampooed and blew dry my hair. My only problem was I wanted more layers which I asked for after she was done because the layers were long and they just fell flat. She did try her best to accommodate my request and added a bit more but you only see them on the ends. I'm thankful I got a decent cut. $70+ is pricey but I guess nowadays it's the going rate.

I first met with Lilly at the front with a very warm welcome. Next, I saw Delia for my consult. My hair is so thin and fine due to loss of hair from recent stress and life. After careful review and over 30 minutes of consulting with me, she explained that I was not a good candidate for the type of extensions she does. With that said, she ask me to wait while she consults with another co-worker. Alyssa came over and talked to me about other ways to install hair extensions and she felt like she could help me. As it turned out they just happened to have my exact color in the shop that day (they normally have to order your color). So, she played around and showed me what the outcome could look like. She just so happened to have an opening the following Tuesday for me to come in. This is normally a 3 plus hour appointment, but she made it happen. Perfect timing as I was leaving on Thursday for Atlanta for family celebrating, then the following Thursday for Vegas for vacation. She spent 5 hours with me and my hair looks Amazing. Tucked away in a new and small 'strip' location, it has plenty of parking, fresh exterior, and unobtrusive signage. It's next door to So Fit on US Hwy 80 East, which can be a little tricky to find. The people there are very friendly and not at all 'foo-foo' the way some salons can be. It never felt like I was intruding on a party, the way it can at times feel when you are a newcomer! The owner spoke with me on the phone, set up my appointment with someone she felt was right for the job, and welcomed me to the salon's fold. When I went for my appointment (nice little reminder by text the day before), I met a young lady named Alexis, or Lexi, as I heard her called. She was polite, quiet, and listened to what I had I n mind. She then gave me one of the best haircuts I have ever had. On my return trip 6 weeks later, Lexi remembered me and again listened to a couple of revisions I had decided to implement. She did an even better job than before!! I had sent a friend there also, who needed cut, highlights, and conditioning-she reported a great experience, too. Overall, this is just a great place to go, skilled and friendly folks to work with, and results that speak for themselves - both my friend and I have gotten several compliments after having our hair done there. My only issue was the price of the services are based on the skill of the stylist and the amount of time. So since I was with a master stylist my blowout should have been $75 opposed to the $55 that I paid and the $45 that is advertised on their price list. I will have to take a look at the price list to see if there is a running scale on the prices advertised. I questioned the price and the stylist was polite in explaining how everything is calculated. I probably won't be back because I can't afford $75 blowouts every week. I like to have my hair blown out every week so I look for more aggressive pricing.
