Great Customer Service at Wind Over the Earth!…read more Robb's Music in Boulder recommended I talk with Wind Over the Earth for some midi piano software. I didn't know what was out on the market since I normally only play a real piano. Virtual instruments are new to me. WOTE took time to research options for me, spent heaps of time with me on the phone. Didn't have any of it in stock. I ended up getting a software solution online due to the pressing need to install the software for a performance two days away, I also needed a midi interface. They let me borrow a kit for my performance, ordered me a kit to purchase when it comes in, and they even made sure the loaner worked with my MacBook, the software and keyboard. Amazing patience, customer service and experience. Thank you WOTE! I've shopped at Guitar Center in the past and have had horrible service. I will never shop at Guitar Center or those hokey, amateurish places ever again.
