    I came in with a cracked screen. Nothing else wrong, no issue functionally, just an annoying crack…read morein my screen. I was told 2-3 hours. I came back at 2 1/2 hours and was told it would be another hour. I waited at the store for ANOTHER 2 1/2 hours only to be told that they installed the wrong screen and I need to leave me phone until Monday so they could install the correct screen. I said absolutely not, and they told me they cannot let me leave with the screen they installed. I said fine, and they were supposed to put back my old cracked one. For whatever reason, they did not put back the old one and I was told to come back first thing Monday (i.e. today). I turned my phone on, and it was missing the S Pen, it said NO SIM - Emergency call only, and it immediately overheated and turned off. I called the store from my husband's phone and was told to leave it off for a bit and the issues would resolve - that it was just because it had been heated up to remove the screen. I left it off for another 2 1/2 hours and still had the same issues. I called again and was told again to come back Monday (today). I came back in first thing this morning and was told it would be 4hours. It has now been 4 1/2 hours. I called and they said it will be another hour. I showed up 1 hr and 20 minutes later to be told the exact same thing - - "We are running diagnostics." I did not get my phone back for another hour and a half. For anyone not wanting to add this up . . . Saturday I was told 2-3 hours and it took 5 1/2 hours to get a BROKEN PHONE back that was not broken beyond an AESTHETIC crack on the screen when I dropped it off. On Monday, my second visit, I was told 4 hours, and it took 7 1/2 hours. While waiting for my phone I got to chat with 8 other customers who had similar OR WORSE stories about this place and their experience. This is completely ridiculous nonsense and the absolute worst business you can go to in my opinion. They give you BS explanations and time frames and don't give a f*** how long they take or if they RUIN your device. I cannot believe any companies (Verizon, Xfinity, Asurion, Verify, etc.) are willing to pay/partner with this business for insurance and warranty claims as, from my experience and in my opinion, this shop is a huge liability. My only piece of advice is to GO ANYWHERE ELSE. ** Also, be weary of any 5 star reviews - - based on my experience and what I witnessed with over a dozen other customers today, those reviews are likely not legit.

I asked questions and there were long pauses of "I don't know" and "um". Sounds like they don't know anything about phones or what customer service is. Don't even attempt calling them. We didn't go in store because they didn't even know what advice to give us.

The last report to my warranty company who engaged them was never filed and so my replacement was never approved. Back to no call back or responses again.     John (the owner and sole member of this company) came out and assessed a dishwasher repair for me…read more I paid the requested $75 and was told that he would order the part. He received the part (it took him a couple weeks) and set an appointment to bring part needed to fix dishwasher. He came during the week when my elderly father who lives with me was home. He called me and told me that he fixed the dishwasher. I paid him an additional $275 over the phone. When I got home the dishwasher still did not work. John told me to give him the serial number to the dishwasher so I took a photo of the sticker and sent it to him. He told me that he was sent the wrong part and he would order the new one. Over the next 1-2 months he told me that he had the part and would set an appointment to come out on a Saturday morning then would not show or answer his phone. The following week after no showing he would make up a sad story about family problems. I paid another more reputable company to assess and fix my dishwasher. It was not the part John had stated. This cost me $475, at least my dishwasher is now fixed. John is a thief. I would have been okay to give him the $75 but he owes me $275. It is unfortunate that he is in business and runs it such a way. It is also unfortunate that he is elderly and near retirement so that I could aide in drilling his company out of business. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS THIEF.
