My very first time visiting a dispensary. I was here to get a gift for my neighbor who was watching my cats at home while I was on vacation here in Monterey. Was warmly greeted by the very friendly security guard who could tell I was new and broke the ice with a funny joke. I was checked in and the front desk clerk was friendly and explained the whole process to me. It was quick and only took a few minutes to process my drivers license. When cleared, I entered the shop and was immediately greeted and welcomed by staff. The staff was very friendly and guided me through the whole selection and purchase process. The process was very easy and felt at ease for this first time purchaser. The facility was very clean and had a wide range and variety of products to suit everyone's taste or expectation. As a first timer, I highly recommend this location. It is close by The Highway 1 freeway and is easy to locate. There is plenty of parking on site and is easy to enter and exit. I love this place! The staff is always professional and really knowledgeable. I typically pick up tincture but today a Budtender introduced me to Kind Creations all natural drops! They are made out of Olive-oil and Cannabis. I picked up the Sativa and 20:1 for my beach trip today along with the Indica for after work. Service is great. Very official. I am from out of town of Monterey. I am sure the bud tender had a long day, since it wasn't to busy at the time when I went in. For others Just know what you want before going in the store, I asked for local recommendations and was told "what do you want". I asked you guys have a brand called "gremlin" I've never heard of that brand. The employee told me "it's a California brand, what do you want ?"
