I called Daniel to ask why that happened or if it was just a simple mistake he denied ever talking to me on the phone at all. He could not take accountability for his mistake, which is very childish and not very professional at all for someone in a management position. I highly think the owners need to reconsider him as a manager Specifically because of the rating that he has now, and all of the issues that have been happening. Mistakes happen and that's completely OK, but when someone gaslights me into thinking that he did not talk to me and then he hangs up on me is absolutely ridiculous and immature.
