I've ordered from this company before and have had no problems. However today I had placed a online order on weedmaps for two live resin cartridges and the E.T.A that they advertise on weed maps is 45 minutes - 1 hour. A hour past and so I called to find the e.t.a on my product and they said our first driver for our company will go out at 11:30 and it will 90 minute's. Soo now that proves to me that this company can't hold that standard to the highest extent . I had asked the merchant why don't they have that info on weedmaps on their page , you should include that our drivers start at 11:30 am instead of having false advertised time. Unfortunately I won't be buying from this company and will be looking for more professional outlooks. Hopefully this doesn't happen too you , and if you order right when they open you won't get it till first driver goes out. read more

Would have selected no stars, if available. First delivery guy was super nice, but brought the wrong product. He said he would have it corrected the same day. The next delivery guy called to say he was outside my house. He did not come to the door, but stayed in his car. It looked like he was living in it. Trash everywhere. He looked filthy. Don't bother ordering online to be delivered. This place is a joke. Their products NEVER measure out to what they should be. Deliveries are always LATE. Lack of communication between office and dispatch. Never give discounts when you ask and provide discount code. First time patients don't get any welcome gifts. Oh and when you complain they show NO EMPATHY AND basically just tell you sorry and to enjoy what you bought.
