But don't you worry - they'll send you a check for the difference. Right? Wrong. The check has (supposedly) been in limbo (mail) for about three weeks. Repeated calls/emails result in disastrously nonsensical excuses. Five grand lost to the void. Phenomenally scummy corrupt management (Koelsch).

As my mother's health deteriorated the Mission Ridge staff worked with me to ensure her needs were meet. She was able to move to a different location on campus. Her friends could still visit her and she was part of the same care family. The staff went above and beyond caring for her. They were like family to her and to me.
