There has not been a time that I've been in this shop that she was not screaming at someone. This makes the tanning experience very uncomfortable. They also close their shop whenever they want. The door says open 8 to 7 Mon- Sat. They leave early around 5pm several days per week and also they completely close for no reason at all multiple times per week, They closed two times last week and that is not fair to the customers who pay for tanning at a place that's supposed to be open 6 days a week until 7pm. It's not the customer's fault that the tanning salon refuses to pay just one employee to keep the doors open for the customers when the owner doesn't want to come and sit in the shop. This place desperately needs an employee. The tanning salon gets closed down and locked up every time the owner wants to leave, It's a guessing game which days they're open and which days they're closed. I would give zero stars if this app allowed it. It's dirty. The owner lady upfront is loud and disrespectful to everyone, they have no employees so the tanning salon is never open six days a week until 7 PM like they say everything about this place will frustrate you. Definitely the worst tanning salon I've ever set foot in.

Brandy was a complete delight to work with; great communication and she made me feel comfortable during the process with her friendliness and obvious expertise. I didn't see much tan development for about 24 hrs, then wow the color came in beautifully natural and I was feeling myself! Brandy warned me how the tan would eventually disappear, but it did so much later and more naturally than I imagined. The tan did so much for my confidence and my boyfriend loved it too. I was very lucky to have someone as skilled and super cool as Brandy do my first tan. Im not sure I will ever be as pleased as I was with Smooches. The decor of the salon is beautiful. Judy did my wax, she was very gentle and extremely professional. They use organic wax that sticks to the hair and not the skin.
