He wasn't, and not only that he had another client that went past my appointment time. I've since found another artist that is trustworthy. I had 4 names added to a tattoo I already had. I had asked The young man who i scheduled with if he could match the font that was used on my original piece. He was supposed to mark up a few for me to choose when I came for my appointment. Not only he had not done so, as I said he had a female in the chair and I had to wait until he finished hers before getting mine done. Believe me, if i hadn't already paid one third of the cost for mine, I would've just left. I hope I have the date marked on my calendar. I will post it if I find it. Denying that I was ever there isn't the way to handle a detrimental review.

She always greets you with a smile. The shop has seen many upgrades and improvements in the past year. The pani chairs are equipped with different settings for a massage. It is an added bonus that gives you a wonderful experience and leaves you feeling very relaxed. The mani chairs are very comfortable with thick soft leather and cushioned seats. Cindy offers you water or Vietnamese coffee which she makes individually. It tastes mildly sweet and has a nice foam. Cindy employs several manicurists who are equally as pleasant. Several are family members. Cindy's Nails also offers a variety of services, from shampooing, lash extensions, permanent makeup, massages, facials, waxing and more! I am always satisfied with the quality and the amount of time I am given at Cindy's Nails. There is no need to make a reservation.
