She entered rehab with the intention of it being there a short term but it appeared the facility felt they had other plans. Daily inquires were necessary to find out how the evening was, how therapy was going and what medication was given and majority of the time the information was not correct. I have made a number of attempts to speak to management but no one has responded. Communication is lacking in almost all aspects.

I experienced great success here. They blend strengthening and massage to coax your issues to better performance. I appreciated being assigned to ONE therapist and ONE assistant who followed my care (Better than Leading Edge or Cora, where I've also had therapy in the last 5 years but both pass you around to many people du jour.) I didn't give 5 stars for two reasons: accessibility-if you didn't plan well in advance, they were not available and you might have a week break between seeing them. (Also didn't like seeing the 2 days in a row rather than spread through the week.) Also they only work you 30 minutes, where others give you an hour for the same co-pay. (Granted, it worked, but I often felt rushed or "just beginning".)

My Doctor is Dr Okafor and through 4 times I have not once seen him even though he is who I was referred to from hospital and has signed off collecting thousands from insurance without seeing his patient. 2. There has been an issue every single time Ive been here. First time I arrived 45 mins early and they forgot about me in the back after I had already waited for 45 mins as it was PAST my appt time. They also charged me for Xrays I didn't receive from them and I had to get that refunded on my next visit when each drive is an hour for me. Last time I was here the entire building area inside smelled like smoke and it just seemed like every single person besides the two from the carribean hated being here that worked here. 3. They blow you up about your appt time but then won't call you or make sure you're authorization goes throigh prior to you coming in which is completely backwards. Its your job to complete authorization then schedule your patients not we come in just to have you tell us oh hey we have to try again another day. You all have phones and blow us up so call us to tell us we need to reschedule. Common sense. Dr Okafor you should be ashamed at how your practice is being carried out wasting patients time, charging thousands of dollars and not even seeing your patients. I will sadly never come back and will never recommend anyone here.

These guys are truly the best and so professional when it comes to physical therapy…read more I've had to come here two separate times for issues with both of my knees, and Clark has been amazing. He's so knowledgeable and attentive, and you can tell he's super passionate about what he does. The first time I came, I had been having severe pain in my knees for months and months- I got an MRI and found out I had a partial tear in my meniscus and other damaged cartilage behind my kneecap. The surgeon didn't want to touch it so I wasn't given a guidance and it just continued to get worse. When I came here, Clark finally helped me figure out that the issue wasn't even all the torn and damaged cartilage, but that my kneecap was out of place from all my years playing basketball. He helped get to the root of my issue and had my knee feeling better in a little over a month when no one else was giving me any real answers. Clark is also a former college athlete, which I am myself, and having someone who's been through similar experiences and knows how to help my injuries that have stemmed from playing sports made me even more comfortable. All of the PT's here are great- I've talked to multiple other patients and many of them have come back for different issues and gotten the help they needed. Even Alicia who works at the front is the sweetest admin and helps get all the insurance and appointments set up swiftly. When I walked in I was greeted warmly. They took my information and I talked with them about the procedure. They answered all my questions. Dr. Puma Patel was the one who did the procedure. She and the nursing staff have great patient-centered communication and rapport. She and the nurses worked as a team to create and place the temporary crown. It took less than a half hour. I figured an urgent care at a hospital was a pretty good bet and I was right. When you drive up to the Watson Clinic complex it's pretty impressive. The Express Clinic has its own entrance next to the hospital. Everyone we encountered from the security guard up to the doctor were super nice and helpful. After completing the paperwork we were taken in immediately. After a nurse took my son's vitals, Dr. Band came right in. He was wonderful with 14 year old and sent us off to get X-rays. The x-rays were also done immediately. Dr. Band came back and showed us the X-rays. It confirmed a broken thumb. The hand was wrapped, put in a sling, and off we went. Yes, the injury was not severe, but we got what we wanted (an x-ray, diagnosis, and wrap) very quickly. The staff could not have been nicer and more professional. I was told our insurance would be not even be billed as an urgent care visit but as a regular doctor's office visit. Hopefully, this is the case. Loved this express clinic, but hopefully, we will not have a need to go back there!
