Thanks to Highline Customs for installing window tint to my vehicle. Installer Eric did an awesome job overall with my Audi S4 today. I initially wasn't satisfied with a front window corner piece which showed a little sliver of light. I found that this was only occurring on one side of the vehicle. I returned within the hour after install and discussed my frustration and waiting it to be dialed on both sides. Courteous, Quick, Quality I only had a clear bra removed, but even from that simple experience I am quite impressed. First of all, their estimate was very competitive (less than half of another shop), and they were true to their estimate. Both guys that helped me were courteous and seemed like nice people. This means a lot to me. (And they have a beautiful saltwater aquarium with some amazing fish in it!) They had the work done much more quickly than they had said they would, and it looks great! This place is awesome! Before I decided to get my windows tinted I emailed this place and got a reply with a quote. I called to see if they could help me with picking a dark but not too dark tint. I was helped by Alan who provided me with outstanding customer service. He answered my questions and even texted me some pictures of tinted cars. I came in a few days later to get a clearer idea. Alan showed me the different shades of tint and even remembered what day I was scheduled to drop my car off. FYI this place gets booked up fast and usually books about a week out. In regards to the tint, I got the Suntek CXP film. I love the way the tint came out on my Lexus IS 350. I opted for a darker tint on the back windows and a lighter one on the two front windows. I've had two other cars that I had also got tint put on but none compared to Highline's tint job. Initially I was going to get my car tinted at 503 Motoring. When I called them they told me that their tinting guy was not available for a few weeks due to a family emergency. I asked the dude for a referral then he got snippy. Off to do research I go. After I read all the great reviews about Highline Customs, I decided to see how much it would cost. I'm glad I did because Highline is cheaper than 503 Motoring and they use the same quality tinting as 503. All the reviews are right people! These guys are awesome. Since I couldn't make it on time to pick my car up before they closed, I actually paid ahead of time and had told them to lock the key in my car to pick up after hours. When I got to the car, all the parts will in the car (but the windows were tinted). Fortunately, they were still working 3 hours after closing and I got to meet Eric, who is a super awesome guy. Wrapped up the car in 5 minutes and everyone at Highline are super nice. Not only do they do Custom work, but they know their CUSTOMer service as well! Recently got my windows tinted on my new car and I could not be more satisfied with the tint job AND the service itself. I called to inquire on Thursday afternoon and Bobby was able to get me in the following day, Friday, in the late morning. Pulled in around 1055a and they promptly started the job. I got my 2 front, 2 rear passenger, and rear windows tinted and the job itself took about 2 hours. A little note that I wanted to wait but good jobs take time so I didn't mind. Bobby was clear about expectations and after care. Later that day I noticed residual solution on my upholstery and panels that stick around and wasn't cleaned off. Guys did fantastic work on a VW Vanagon which is a pretty difficult car considering many windows, wing windows, and a narrow spot to tint behind the cabinet in the rear - removal and retint on all windows for this job was done clean and flawless. I'm a Vanagon fanatic and quite particular about my ride..... I'd return here anytime and every time. Amazing prices and work was done quick. They may have normal office hours posted, but Alan worked late to get my van done. He even had me return later so he could reattach my aftermarket brake light. Also... They made my front windshield like new by stripping a bunch of old tint off it. Little tip - don't rely on a callback if asking about having work done.... Yelpsters guided well on this place. These guys rock! Needing more privacy for sleeping, I decided it was time we got some tinting for our 1996 Toyota Previa. I took the van to the shop when they opened and had the guys take a look. They said the rear window would be difficult due to the curvature and lack of factory edge black, but they'd do it. After Alan explained that a 5% in combination with the factory tint would be too dark for normal operations, I went with the 18% Carbon. They got me in on the same day, and Alan called me a little over an hour later to say that they were going to be finished faster than they originally thought they would. I knew this place was busy, and was so pleased when the whole process took place in only one day. They charged a fair price for excellent work, and even fixed a loose window latch that had been bothering me. They did a fantastic job on my pickup truck in 2011, so I went back to them recently for a window tint on my new Tesla model Y. Scheduled it about a week in advance. I showed up, had my windows tinted perfectly to the legal limit, and 45 minutes later I paid and that was that. No fuss, no upsell, no delays, no problems and the tint was absolutely perfect. The overall job was well done, but I asked them to put a small amount of film on the roof rails where the crossbars attached and he said, "no problem," but when I picked up the car they didn't do it. The guy said, "they couldn't get it to stick." Really? I may be female, but I am not stupid. You just plain forgot. In addition, they have COVID precautions that they take posted on the door front. I watched them drive my car to the front of the building, mask-less and then there was no wipe down of the steering wheel as described on the door front. This is the second vehicle I have brought in and I have to say my first experience 7 years ago was far better then it was this time. read more

I first had my windows tinted back in October of 2019 when they were running their Groupon special. They were prompt getting me in. The service I received was good. Friendly and there was no pressure to what type of tint to choose from. My lady recently bought a new car and I took her car their to get hers done. The quality and job on both cars were well done. I myself recently bought a new car and took mine in. With this being my third car they threw in the windshield visor strip complementary. Their pricing is probably the best I've seen. Got my windows tinted here about 3 months ago. They do a clean and nice job. At first, I was worried about the small bubbles not going away, but after two months or so, the bubbles are gone and the window tint looks awesome on my car! Before I tinted my windows I couldn't pick my nose confidently...now that I have my windows tinted I can somewhat pick my nose more confidently than before without the sheer embarssement of people looking at me disgusted. Admit it...you pick your nose while driving. I'll admit...I got the groupon deal that was provided. I always wanted my windows tinted but just didn't find the time to do it. So when I was off work for vacation I called these guys up and made an appointment. They told me to drop off the car anytime and the car will be ready by 5 PM. I think if you get a Groupon deal it's just basically drop the car off and it will be done betwen the time you brought it in and the time they close. The guy who helped me told me what tint was good and what was considered "risk of being pulled over". Me being a law abiding citizen opted for the "I don't want to get pulled over" UV Tint package. I dropped the car off at 9 AM and got it back around 430 PM. My mom who was hanging out with me kind of preached to me about why I wanted to tint my windows and stuff, you know, Mom stuff. She took a look at the car and started to ask questions about the tint, I told her that it was UV protected and now she wants it on her car...See, they even conviced my mom to get it eventually. Great job on the window...also they have a salt water tank...but it was in the middle of it's cycle so no fish in there... read more
