DO: tint the windows on your car. DO: tint them with high quality tinting product. DO: choose a legal tint option* DO NOT: tint your windshield. DO NOT: select some ridiculous, non-standard color for your tint. DO NOT: make a poor choice for a tint installer, by picking anyone other than Highline Customs! *pick whatever tint you want, just realize that at certain levels of tint (darker than 35%), you're beyond legal limits. Highline will do it, they'll just have you sign something indicating you're liable. I've had tint on every car I've owned since I was 16. The reason for the tint has ranged from everything from looking cool (it still does) to wanting to prevent sun fade on leather interior. Their prices are phenomenal, I mean really nobody could beat their price and they were happy to beat their competitors prices if need be. I have not put aftermarket tinting on a vehicle before and they were really excellent about answering all of my questions and concerns. Their garage bay is very clean and organized. The lobby where I waited had comfortable couches, vending machine, coffee, and free wifi; not to mention the projector home theater setup where they'll toss on a movie if you ask. They did a phenomenal job with the tint job on my highlander! Not only was I impressed with their work but I was even more impressed with how fast and efficient they were. I called the same day and was lucky enough to have a cancelation happen so they penciled me into their board and actually called me back to see if I can come in earlier due to them finishing on a client earlier than expected. Got my windows on my Subaru Outback tinted. These guys are super nice and customer service is excellent. Their waiting room has a HUGE screen to watch movies. The big fish tank is surprisingly relaxing too. In addition to great customer service, they treat your car really well too! They did a great job on the tint! It only took an hour and a half to do it! Clean shop, and always friendly here. ----- I'd recommend these guys hands down- dropped off my car to have them tint it, and 1/2 hour later, it was done, well under their 1.5 hour estimate. I arrive back at the shop, and there's four guys working on the back bumper! I had a big dent that they decided to fix for me since they had the time. How awesome is that? They may provide amazing service, but I wouldn't know since they don't follow through on returning phone calls. I called to get a window tint last week and the proprietor said that there may be a weekend opening and he would call me back. He took down my number and as the weekend approached (after 48 hours), I called them again during business hours to see if the opening on the weekend was available or not. No call back, and no call back AFTER the weekend. I'm sure they do a good job from the reviews, but apparently they are too busy with other customers to get new ones, so I wouldn't know firsthand. This is my experience. I bought a new Corolla S from Royal Moore. The purchase included Highline installing invisibra on my car. I dropped the car at the dealer in the morning and picked it up later that day. When I picked up my ride, the first thing I noticed was my gas tank was down by a quarter. Then I noticed my MPG average had dropped by almost a mile per gallon. Conclusion: The Highline employee drove my ride like he stole it! I can run it through the RPM's and have the MPG average drop by .4 or .5, but that's it. And burning a quarter tank of fuel between the intersection of TV HWY and River Road to Science Park Drive? Dude was SPANKING IT down Brookwood for sure. And they ran over something that damaged my wheel. Moral of the story: Don't let them drive your car. If you have them do work.... wait there! read more

Well, they have done it yet again! As a father's day gift to my champion dad. The issue being is that I really did not want him to know about it, but with his work schedule it was pretty impossible. I talked to Eric and he let me know that they have a drop box if I needed to drop the truck off, and that it would work perfect. We were going to drop it off late Monday night and instead, they called us to let us know that Tuesday it would actually take less time since they were not going to be as busy as planned. Eric and his team were very friendly and knowledgeable and it was affordable compared to having Kuni BMW dropping it off. I've been going to these guys for years. I've been really happy with the quality of materials and their flexibility with certain requests. But recently, I once again leaving with a grin. Someone tried to steal my wife's Mitsubishi Evolution and broke out a back window. Luckily they were scared off. Mitsubishi in Gladstone overnighted the glass for us and had it installed the next day. But it didn't match the tint that came on the car when we inherited it. I took it to Highline Customs right after (it was a walk-in appointment). They measured the tint on the other windows and had tint on the new window in about 10 minutes. I went to pay for it and their reply was "it really sucks to go through things like this, merry xmas". I'm not saying they would do this for everyone (or should), but this is the type of company they are. I found Highline Customs on Groupon and purchased the deal for my wife's car. I had her call and schedule the appointment which their next opening was a week out. The job was estimated to be less then 2 hours to install. We show up for our appointment and we get checked in. They asked if we had been quoted and we said no and told them we purchased the Groupon deal. They said they couldn't do the Groupon, I had to get on the waiting list which was over a month away. I asked to talk to the owner. I said look, I'm standing here, can't we just get it done? He said the only way we could get it done that day was to pay the difference between the Groupon and full price. The owner was very rude at this point so I thought leaving my car wouldn't be a good thing so we left and I returned the Groupon voucher. They use Groupon for backlog work and if your willing to pay full price you can get it done faster than the people that already paid. Pretty shady if you ask me read more
