My appointment was made on the cell phone. They were not on time but within the hour of the expected time. The repair person is very polite and gives you the time of estimate to complete. The wait for this type of scratch is about 1.5 hours. This paint job has warranty. We were satisfied with their work.

I found someone I wanted to have do the job, provided the information to H&R and they paid the detailer and I am happy to close this chapter. This was a learning experience for both of us I believe. This was my first time having to deal with a car repair after an accident. The insurance, the waiting, and the waiting. In closing I think that this company learned the importance of communication and will most likely not put a part on that is damaged, and I have learned that not everything will go as smoothly as I would like it to.
