He took it like a champ. Our hero per usual. This office is absolutely extraordinary. They deserve all and every award! He walked out SMILING! We have seen 3 dentists here and all have been absolutely amazing. They have treated Preston like their own baby.

He instantly connected with Dr. Mike, and was so friendly with him. He listened to all of my concerns, and sat with us in a private room after the initial visit to explain everything. He spent over 30 minutes with just us. My son has a fear of the Dentist due to past experiences, and he walked out calm and happy. Today was our second visit there, and he needed work done that another office had performed similarly. My son walked out of the old office each time in tears. Today, he was joking, happy, and calm. I cannot say enough how refreshing it is to go to a pediatric dentist who doesn't frighten a child. We will continue to come back until he can't go there anymore, because of Dr. Mike. That said- I want to mention as well that the front desk, hygienists, and everyone else who work there have been more than accommodating to us both visits. The new dentist showed me exactly where the cavities were when she drilled my tooth to prove she was messing with me. Completely misdiagnosed the problem. The doctor told me he was going to have to pull off a crown to fix a cavity that had developed beneath it. I was going to be $400+ out of pocket. When I tried to reschedule my appointment the office was incredibly rude. Even told me the doctor was going to be out of the country for a month. When I went to a real dentist, x-rays revealed that the A+ dentist had not only misdiagnosed the problem but wasn't even looking at the right tooth! It was the tooth BEHIND that needed to be extracted and was abscessed. The real dentist I went to see told me that my case was not the first time he encountered this kind of story about an A+ dentist. My advice would be to avoid the entire A+ network.

The receptionist was explaining to…read moreme about the $100 policy just incase something wasn't covered by insurance and she held up my insurance card And said "because this certainly doesn't cover things" and she apologized for saying that. I go to get my exam done by dr park and haven't seen a dentist in several years and he said everything looked fine. This developed into an irrational fear of the metal instrument wielding doctors. Dr. Kim at Bucks Dental has managed to relieve the hesitation I have about going to the dentist. She easily caught onto the fact that I was not 100% comfortable and proceeded to put my mind at ease. What was originally only supposed to be a cleaning became repair of a cavity as well. Dr. Kim explained what she was doing at all times. She warned me of certain parts of the procedure that could be uncomfortable and repeatedly made sure I was doing okay. She is soft spoken but also works with confidence behind her every movement. I would gladly trust my dental care to her again in the future. The staff was amazingly kind and welcoming. Not once did I feel out of place and I would gladly recommend Bucks Dental Associates to everyone! Thanks for the care!

You are greeted politely on arrival , and seated in a comfortable waiting room as your information is prepared for the doctor. You are then led to a very clean and comfortable treatment room. The care from Dr. Patel is absolutely first class, the exam, the treatment are very gentle and thorough , discussing your condition and treatment options in easy to understand detail, they do not rush you through in this office. Dr. Patel's bedside manner is unsurpassed, she is constantly asking if you are ok as she performs her tasks ensuring your comfort from start to finish .
