If you would like a horrific dental experience, go to A Family Dental Care Center. I went to them…read moremonths ago with tooth pain and they performed a root canal on that tooth. I paid in full and on time for the root canal. Today I had an issue with that same tooth and I recalled Dr. Yasir Siddique (who performed my root canal) telling me "If you have any issues with that tooth, please call US back so we can help you out." I took this as kind and genuine customer service, but it was a total ploy. I went in today with pain to that tooth, got an appointment scheduled, sat in the chair, had a tech come over and eliminate the issue, all within a span of 2 minutes. Sounds good, right? Nope. This office is in the business of price gouging you for services at every turn. I was told multiple times to get an X-ray of the tooth that I had an issue with "to make sure it was not part of the problem". I declined the X-ray, thankfully. I then went to the front of the office where they told me I would be charged for the service today. After pleading with the people at the front of the office, they asked Dr. Siddique if they could waive the fee from today's visit. He told them no, because the appointment today had nothing to do with the tooth... but I thought he wanted me to get an X-ray to make sure it was not the tooth... Which one is it? Save your time and money and go somewhere that cares about you and your health, not just what is in your wallet.

I HATE going to the dentist, but Dr Rosen and his team makes going to the dentist less scary. So far here I've had 2 teeth extracted and am currently in the process of getting a crown put on. I will make Dr Rosen and his team my primary Dentist from now on. 5 STARS FOR DR ROSEN AND HIS TEAM!!!

First, if you call looking for Brian Carp (listed as the business owner) you find out he's been…read moreretired for years. Second, in my experience, they will lure you in with a $99 teeth cleaning special, then TAKE X-RAYS and say "That's it." Then they upsell for a $600 treatment plan and act confused as to why you want your money back. From their own website: "Any teeth cleaning at Carp Dental in Norristown, PA will include the following: Removal of calculus (tartar): Calculus is hardened plaque that has been left on the tooth for some time and is now attached to the surface of your teeth. Calculus forms above and below the gum line and can only be removed with special dental cleaning instruments. Removal of plaque: Plaque is a sticky, almost invisible film that forms on your teeth. It is a growing colony of living bacteria, food debris, and saliva. The bacteria produce toxins that inflame the gums. This inflammation is the start of periodontal disease. Teeth polishing: removes staining and plaque from your teeth that is not removed during routine tooth brushing." This is a lie. Third, Monica should be nowhere NEAR customers of any kind. This argumentative personality who literally can't spell HIPAA is as unprofessional as you will find. (She really did mis-spell "hippa" in communications to the Better Business Bureau and myself. Yea, real pros working over there) Avoid. Pathetic amateurs who will steal your money and not provide service. Lastly, a quote from monica herself "Unfortunately at this time i am not able to release any information without the Patient signing a HIPPA form for me to do so. I would be more than happy to give you any Information on this case as everything that was sent to you is the PT not understanding his treatment and understand how our $99 Patient Special works. Please feel free to call me at my office with anymore questions. 610-275-1565. Monica" Do you really want to trust your health to someone who will steal your money AND can't spell HIPAA ?

I've been to dentists in several…read morestates, and unfortunately this was by far the worst customer service experience I've encountered. To be fair, the dental hygienist was excellent, and the doctor explained my decaying tooth clearly and professionally. My issue was entirely with the front desk staff. I simply asked for clarification regarding the amount I paid out of pocket after insurance, especially since I had previously emailed my question and never received a response. During my follow-up cleaning appointment, I brought the question up in person, but the interaction became extremely uncomfortable. The front desk employee was loud, dismissive, and repeatedly interrupted me without allowing me to explain my concern. She kept repeating the same response louder each time instead of trying to help resolve the issue. I left the office feeling very upset and disrespected. It's unfortunate because the clinical care itself was good, but poor customer service completely overshadowed the experience. I truly hope the office improves how patients are treated at the front desk. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

Then when you get…read morethere they demand full payment upfront for all work that is to be done in front of the entire reception area. I've witnessed the front desk turn a teenager away for service bc she didn't have the money upfront, but kept her deposit for the appointment. Gotta be a HIPPA violation. They rope you into Invisalign with their partner who has some technicians with pock mark blisters from drugs all over their arms. They treat the Dentists Mother and give her all of the supplies that are meant for paying customers. My advice? Find a place that actually cares about your treatment.

I loved my old Dentist and hygienist, two people I've gone to twice a year for close to twenty years. I started researching Dentists that accepted my new insurance and found Dr. Fournier's office. Then, while flossing (proof I floss), I ripped out an old filling. I called this office to set up an appointment and they told me November was for hygiene checks, about five months from now. A great sign that they are busy, but I explained I had an issue. They told me they could see me sooner for that, so we set an appointment for Monday. The staff were friendly, but after meeting Dr. Fournier, I knew I had my next dentist. Her personality was amazing, bedside manner was perfect. They had to drill and fill my tooth today, no lie, I think I was out of there in fifteen minutes... She kind of joked about how I am with Dentists, am I nervous, am I okay with needles, all sorts of questions, because we don't know each other. When I was injected, she told me to breathe out and breathe in. Did that work? When I had that tooth drilled before, I teared up. Not from pain, but because that spot was connected somehow to my left eye's tear duct... Did the breathing work? Maybe? After my appointment, they told me there were some cancellations the week of the Fourth of July, so no more November check. I'll be back this month. The only two things that make me nervous are having to make a left out of that parking lot. I could make a right and find my way home, but I feel it could not be good at rush hour. No issues today. The second thing is that I have an internal dread that Dr. Fournier is going to retire someday while I still need dental work... I don't want to find someone new. I also befriended everyone in my HR department to ensure they won't switch insurance on me again...
