I'm so glad my step father is outta there today, he had an amazing aide that had him and 4 others she was back an forth with the last time I visited him. But she was the only one I seen flat out doing anything, clients clearly needing changed and left in their mess, a woman sitting by the windows stood up peed in the common area and nobody at the desk nor the ones standing around handled it because they weren't her aide and they were too busy grab-assing with one another. Most of the rooms on 4 had no air flow with open windows nor a window AC unit, even employees were complaining about the facility having no air flow in the hallways minus a few access points where you went through double doors Yet the new "director of nursing" Karen Kefuana wants to come at me when I put in complaints when calling in response to rating the visit extremely low along with a short list of negative concerns "We are aware of the issues you're mentioning and making all attempts to correct them, as well as replace staff" We put in so many complaints to the social worker and higher up staff that coveraged our discharge meeting today and they even unofficially "confirmed nor denied" that the establishment shouldn't be a residence just out patient therapy which is amazing. There is a large parking lot and it is located in a nice clean new building. The office offers evening hours so I was able to walk in, without an appointment, after work which is very convenient. The staff was friendly and quick to take care of us. Nick couldn't have been friendlier or more comforting. My daughter is only 4 and had to go in by herself for the X-ray. She was not scared because Nick was calm, friendly and patient. The X-ray results were given to me on a disc right away and her doctor had the notes the very next morning. I couldn't have had a better doctor visit experience. Thank you WNY MRI for helping me and my daughter.

Please if you love your family member, please think multiple times, before sending them here. This place should have been shut down, many years ago.
