If you are thinking of placing a loved one here DO NOT, this facility is by far the most negligent, dirty facility around. Patients/Residents calling out for a nurse, covered in their own waste and not a nurse in sight. When the nurses are tracked down by family to request assistance they are met with extreme attitude. Patients are left in their soiled beds for 3+ days, while the nurses and aides walk around wrapped in blankets laughing, while the other half of the nurses and aides are curled up in the resident eating area watching movies. When asked for assistance they act so inconvenienced. Despite patients having clearly labeled clothing and ither personal items - they still put them in bleached, ripped clothing claiming " so and so clothing is in limbo, I sent them to laundry" - mind you while someone else is wearing the clothes in question. Prescription glasses being placed on the incorrect patient. The halls are filthy - weave is literally hanging from the railings all throughout the facility. They also do not wash the patients after meals as my family member had breakfast not only on Their shirt but also all over the side of their face - I noticed this at dinner time when I went to visit my family member. I will not disclose their information because this facility has not only took their dignity but they have disrespected them for far to long.

There is a large parking lot and it is located in a nice clean new building. The office offers evening hours so I was able to walk in, without an appointment, after work which is very convenient. The staff was friendly and quick to take care of us. Nick couldn't have been friendlier or more comforting. My daughter is only 4 and had to go in by herself for the X-ray. She was not scared because Nick was calm, friendly and patient. The X-ray results were given to me on a disc right away and her doctor had the notes the very next morning. I couldn't have had a better doctor visit experience. Thank you WNY MRI for helping me and my daughter.
