I got behind on my unit and I received a certified…read moreletter in march saying I had till may 4th to pay $190.00 or on may 5th my stuff would be auctioned off. On April 6th I called and paid $200.00. Talked to one of the workers on the phone used my card and paid. The man never said I owed for late fees or anything. Therefore I thought I was all caught up. mid may I go to put some stuff in my storage unit and everything was gone. Had I of known I owed anymore I would of payed it, but since the gentleman who took my payment didn't say anything I thought I was in the clear. There were things in there that can never be replaced from family members who have passed and such. Now they are lying and saying they told me when I called. They are shady and liars! I'm filing a claim with the courts against them.

When you are there alone it feels pretty creepy. But it is safe. There is nice music playing throughout. The bathroom is clean. If you can actually be there when the lounge is open, it's pretty nice.
