I called first to check on availability and the owner/worker assured me if I came now it was available. He was waiting in the doorway when I arrived and came to my car, carried it I and placed it in the wash and selected the appropriate setting. He then got me change and started the machine. The building looks like a typical old laundromat on the outside but is as nice as possible on the inside. There are hanging baskets with fake flowers and little American flags in each basket. On sight there was a separate room with several chairs and large shelves of laundry supplies, (not a vending machine with tiny boxes) When the dryer stopped there were plenty of wheeled baskets available. I do wish they'd be able to accept cards for payment as I don't normally carry cash on me, but that's okay. If I remember correctly, I think the dryer was $.25 per every 6 minutes, or something close to that, which I thought was kind of expensive. I do also wish there was more seating. In any case, did it get the job done? Yes.

I went to this establishment my very first time my washer broke I needed to use the laundry mat and…read morewent in I started to do small loads in a little washers and I had a medium size for my queen size comforter and this woman is rudely telling me to take my stuff out and use a bigger one and like it's just one thing and then I was putting my other stuff in another small washer and I did not know he was her employee he started yelling at me and then I was being ganged up by three people I have had a depression and anxiety . I did ask for my money back I took all my wet clothes out of two washers and they were still yelling at me I have never been to this place I've never been embarrassed like that before if that was my employee he would've been fired on the spot for talking to someone like that if I did that to one of my gas at where I work I be fired it was just totally uncalled for and this woman who spoke her tone of voice was aggressive and rude and I don't care if she owns the place or not she should not talk like that to people. Thank you for letting me share I have never done this before this is my first time too so I hope people that are looking at these reviews please and if you do go into the establishment let her know that her young male companion that works there should be fired
