They catch you at a vulnerable moment - when you are IN NEED - and they take full advantage! Even though we had an auto body shop in mind, the driver - STEPFON/JAHMAL (whichever name he decided to be that night) told us he believed the car would be totaled so in order to leave a middle man out of the equation (the auto body shop) that it was best to have him tow the car to his lot. Then, if the insurance decided it wasn't totaled, we could have it moved to a shop. LONG story short, the vehicle was with them 6 days and when my insurance called to inquire about the bill, they were told it was $2500. They wanted to dispute it but decided at the end of the day, that they just needed to get the vehicle out of there. The next day, they called again and now, the bill was $3300. So, they waited the weekend because it was late, and on Monday JAHMAL/STEPFON said the numbers were incorrect and that the bill was $3400. This is HIGHWAY ROBBERY! DO NOT USE THIS TOWING SERVICE EVER!!!!!! They give WRECK CHASERS a BAD REP!!!!!
