Before booking, I clearly stated that the shipment had to be unloaded into the basement by two movers, and Xpert Trans accepted those terms. However, when the truck arrived, only one mover showed up. He told me basement delivery was not part of his contract and wanted to unload all of my belongings on the street and leave. I immediately contacted Xpert Trans, expecting them to resolve the issue. Instead, they told me I would have to pay the carrier for unloading and ignored the fact that the agreed-upon basement delivery was not being provided. They also became difficult to reach when the problem occurred. Still waiting for them to respond and do something about this. Very irresponsible broker. If you are considering using Xpert Trans, make sure every detail is confirmed directly with the carrier, not just the broker. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company
