Flagstaff Windows came out to our home, measured for a door, took a deposit and said install would happened in 4-6 weeks. Six weeks later, they called to schedule for the install, but then canceled saying there was a shipping issue. A few months later they blamed the delay on the factory. When we tried to switch window vendors and order from a different vendor, they were very apologetic and sent a quote. Since then we have been completely ghosted. They have not returned phone calls, emails, text messages and their physical address is an empty office building. Long story short: we have not received our deposit back or the product we ordered. After six months of waiting, we moved on and the new slider was delivered and installed within four weeks (by a different contractor)

They told me someone would come by the next day to give a quote. They came by and did not listen to me that all I wanted a quote for was a couple of panels to be replaced. Instead, the person who came took photos of a bunch of other areas of the house that I did not request service for, and then proceeded to attempt to upsell me for replacement of siding over the entire house, as well as different colors/styles. After I explained I did not have time for this and just wanted the quote for the side panels, I was met with animosity. I asked them to leave, and after forcing them out, they stayed outside my house until their manager called me multiple times.
