Bryan made an appointment, showed up on time and we discussed what needed doing, type of paint to expect, how long it would take and cost, of course. His estimate fell into the range I had in mind, and I decided to go with them. His team of four showed up as planned and in two full days had taped, painted and trimmed my house, and also my barn, which took more primer and hand-painting. They helped me move porch furnishings out and back again, and they cleaned up every day an took any trash with them. The paint quality was excellent, it was applied well, the color was what I ordered. I walked around for an inspection on the last day. There were very few spots to be corrected. I have had several compliments on the neatness of the paint job. I would definitely use them again.

Usually in this little town people do good work and try to fix any problems. We were severely disappointed by this company. We hired them 12/12 to paint the inside of our townhouse. They missed areas such as an entire wall near the frig and did a spotty job through out the town house. When we called the owner, Bryan Morrow, to come fix it he stalled us. We kept making follow up calls and email to no avail. After a year of attempted contact we hired someone else to repaint the town house to sell it. Do yourself a favor and don't hire them.

June 2021 we hired MLP, Daniel the owner arrived and accessed the job, quoted us a price and put us on his schedule. When the crew arrived, they power washed the house, then they started chalking everything that needed to be chalked. Daniel stayed in touch until the final day, Daniel arrived and we did a walk through, 100% complete. The crew made sure everything was complete before Daniel arrived. My roommate's bathroom was having issues and I'm not knowledgeable about plumbing so glad to have a professional who knows and cares about good quality work and customer service. I can't say enough good things about this company based on this interaction and it was regarding plumbing which isn't something I enjoy talking about, thinking about nor dealing with issues about lol. He was even initially contacting other companies for me to try to get anyone out, since his tool to fix it had broken, which just shows that a company can care more about their customers than about greed. I thought it would be an interim hire, but the guy was so dependable and conscientious I never had a reason to hire my own guy (within my company) to maintain this property. There were times I wouldn't contact or hear from Paul for a month because he (and I) knew that he was just going to take care of things. Point is Paul is one of those rare finds in construction and maintenance that you can tell him what you'd like done and he just handles it. Best I can say is hire Paul for one project and you will be calling him for your next project and your project after that. When there was something nonrelated to his scope of work I would call him for a Flagstaff referral (I live in Phoenix) and he seems to know everyone up in Northern Arizona, so he has plenty of contacts.
