Coming from the United States, the idea of a pick your own sushi where you can individually choose each piece was pretty cool and novel.
I liked being able to try a billion different rolls by getting one piece of each. The fish quality was solid, not the best, but pretty good.
The rolls were okay, some much better than others. I really liked the crab salad inari. The salmon ones were a close second.
The service was just pick them yourself and pay at the end, but I was incredibly impressed by the server's ability to identify each piece and charge appropriately - she nailed it.
The inside is fast casual, with a few tables to sit, but it was really crowded. read more
