If I could give zero stars, I would. Unethical realtor. Posted a listing as an active sale that was actually under contract already. Took our offer & even went as far as telling us she was presenting our offer and all was good. Never said a single word to our realtor about the property already being under contract and left us on the line for 4 days until our realtor demanded communication. We stayed home an extra few hours from our planned family vacation to put our offer on this home. You are a liar Hilary. If your looking for a trustworthy, ethical realtor, look elsewhere because Hilary isn't the one. Hilary, thanks for responding more than 2 weeks later. Goes hand in hand with your initial communication efforts, which I still stand by.
