We just bought a home in Westcliffe, Porter Ranch. We closed on January 7th (Exactly 7 days ago). I requested 2 gate transponders for my car and my husband's car. They make it extremely difficult to get ahold of anyone. I'm currently on hold trying to get ahold of someone as I'm writing this. I was just told that we couldn't get a transponder for my husband's car because his registration expired. WTF Why do you care? Even if I pay it today, it will be weeks before I get his new registration. I only asked for TWO CARS. Additionally, I get different responses to questions depending on who I ask. This has been a horrible experience. I thought it would be super smooth getting access devices after providing proof of the deed. Someone on the phone told me they would TOW our car from in front of our home if the registration is expired. That seems a little ridiculous to me. Just don't live in anything run by PMP. Our pool was closed for "remodeling " for 2 years. 2 YEARS! When we asked questions about delays and predicted reopening, they were rude and pulled some lame excuse out of their . AND we still were expected to pay the HOA for the pool usage. PMP is on some kind of demented power trip. Whether it's trying to access the home I live in, behind a gate they manage, or simply trying to store personal items on my property, they meddle in things that they have no business being involved in. I suspect the true issue lies with the members of the HOA who have hired them, but nevertheless I resent being accused of things I haven't done and never intended to do. The guards I physically interact with are pleasant and not particularly confrontational, but, I have had phone calls with senior PMP employees and been made out to be some kind of problem. Let me make it very clear: I have done nothing nor do I intend to do anything that violates the bylaws of the community I live in. Nevertheless the accusations continue, I am finally speaking up about the continued headaches these people cause me. I will not continue to be silent while PMP attempts to make of fool of me. Whether it's not comprehending the rules they have been hired to enforce or simply a feeling of entitlement PMP is not an organization I would recommend associating with in any way. read more

If I can give NO STAR, I WOULD. And my association manager Marissa is the reason. Marissa, the association manager, is always rude, unhelpful, and never shows any intention to even TRY. Every time I call, she is either away or at meeting. Phone calls are replied days later, or no call back at all. When I actually get to talk to her on the phone, she always speed talks, and I can barely understand what she is trying to tell me. And she corrects me when I repeat back to her of my understanding of what she just said to me, but she would nitpick of the wording, so I feel I am talking to a lawyer, who is fighting AGAINST ME. When I complained to her about her bad attitude, and not showing at good service for customer service, she said, "I am not customer service. I am the association manager." read more

PMP must have a different understanding of the word "management". The way they "manage" the Hollywood Regis property is laughable at best, and also sad. HOA fees increased drastically over the past few years and break-ins into the gated garage became the new norm. Not only stealing from cars, but also stealing a whole car most recently. Dirty building, unnecessary balcony repairs, so someone could probably get a kick back, never present on site manager, and when he's there, he's useless. All that while PMP sends out an email highlighting how "management" assumes no liability for theft, damage, loss, or pretty much anything happening on the property. At this point, the only thing they care about is collecting the monthly dues. Hope this helps whoever decides to move into a building under PMP mismanagement. The first question that should be asked is who is managing the property. If you hear, PMP, just turn around and leave! read more

I am a Meadows, Camarillo Homeowner who has lived here since the house was built. I requested that my car be parked in the guest parking lot because I have home renovations to be done inside my home. I spoke to Allen, and he was not very considerate. I requested two weeks for my car to be parked at the guest parking. He wanted me to rent a storage facility for my furniture. I needed two weeks, which is an average time for home renovations, he allowed only one week. (As you may know, storage rentals are monthly basis which means I have to pay one month's charge even for using only a week) For over twenty years, the Meadows management has been very considerate except today when I spoke to Allen. Homeowners should be able to live in our community stress-free without hassle. I have paid my dues for over twenty years without being late or delinquent and he should be considerate to homeowners with a good standing. I don't think I am abusing the system because this is my second request in twenty years. 1 star for poor customer service. read more

PMP is one of the worst management companies I've ever experienced. I live at the Hollywood Regis. They're rude, disrespectful, and most importantly they waste our HOA fees by charging us for things that need fixing due to their negligence. There has been stories of members of the board being horrible to owners. The floors are dirty, the maintenance of this place is completely trashed, and the property manager is NEVER in his office (Which our HOA fees pay for). We've had multiple break-ins, and very dangerous situations that happen on a monthly basis. Recently, we had a very scary situation where the police had to be called on the first floor due to an individual who went crazy and a fire alarm went off for 30 minutes at 4:00am waking up multiple people and throwing our sleep pattern off. Some of us have ear aches because of the alarm. The police wouldn't allow us to leave our rooms. They told us to go back inside, without telling us if there was a fire or not. I didn't feel comfortable challenging the police -- they had guns. As of today, a car was stolen in the community parking lot. Nothing new at Hollywood Regis. There's rumors of corruption with PMP management, and certain board members. Many people are eager to remove our toxic board members so we can get rid of PMP Management ASAP. We're being completely taking advantage of, financially and have been many years. read more

My account at PMP shows a CREDIT of $85. and no one there seems to be able to explain why this is happening. They keep telling me to close the account with PMP but I can't log on the their website because it doesn't recognize my account number. I've been paying my dues for 38 years, am now 83 years old and need to get this resolved. Some help would be greatly appreciated! read more
