Valencia Management Olympic Crest HOA. I am upset and disappointed with the persistent discrepancies in my Olympic Crest HOA account, issues I have previously attempted to resolve without success. As a long-standing Canyon Country resident, the ongoing misapplication of payments on my statements is deeply troubling and creates an undue financial burden, especially when combined with the complex and escalating penalty structure. If only they could give me a call when a payment hasn't been received to avoid further charges and aggravation. read more

Not to throw anyone on the bus , but we had to make a in person visit since today there was no results or calls returned . Regardless we meet carolyn today at the front office and she was " on it "! She was pleasant , kind and was willing to go the extra miles to push forward the process and connect us to the right contact . We have to make a few changes but everything else is fine . The management building is very spacious with large board rooms for meetings. Parking is very plentiful as well. Had to come for an HOA meeting and noted the building was clean, well kept, and had very large rooms. The chairs aren't the most comfortable to sit in for a long period of time though. read more

I would like to share my sincere appreciation for Emma Envison and her outstanding professionalism in handling HOA-related matters. From my very first interaction with Emma--regarding my child's birthday party at the clubhouse--to consultations about HOA approval for home upgrades, landscaping issues with Gothic, and other concerns, she has consistently demonstrated professionalism, respect, and a clear understanding of her role. Throughout every interaction, I have felt that Emma truly listens, values residents' needs, and follows through effectively. Her approach is always positive, solution-focused, and never personal--she is truly a problem solver. I can only imagine how challenging and stressful her role can be, managing a large community and often hearing concerns or complaints from residents. Despite this, Emma handles every situation with calm professionalism and a strong focus on finding solutions. One example that stands out involved repeated landscaping issues with Gothic. On the first occasion, the crew blew debris and mud onto my property and left without properly cleaning up. After I contacted Emma, she responded respectfully and immediately sent the crew back. Unfortunately, the crew again left a mess, and our security camera even documented them dumping mud back onto the lawn. Emma promptly addressed the issue and sent them back once more--this time, the property was thoroughly cleaned within a day. A couple of weeks later, the landscaping crew left debris again. Even though I suggested simply reminding them to clean up properly during their next scheduled visit, Emma took immediate action and sent them back to address the issue. Since then, the landscaping work has been consistently thorough. Emma understood that accountability and follow-through were key, and she handled it efficiently--no drama, just appropriate consequences and results. I always feel comfortable and confident communicating with Emma, whether it's about home improvements, notifying her of family photo shoots, or raising any concerns. Her professionalism is both impressive and effective. My family and I truly appreciate all that Emma does for our community, and we are very grateful for her dedication and hard work. read more

This review is specifically for my phone interaction with Emma a few days ago. I really hope everyone in that office sees this review! We purchased our place over three years ago and all communications and interactions prior to Emma have been a 0 star experience. Everyone I've spoken to there in the past has always been so rude and unprofessional. It almost feels like they don't want to help you and all communication feels accusatory and with 0 regard as a resident. I had a call with one of the ladies there a few weeks ago regarding letters I had received from them and when I explained to them why we had not responded she made a very sarcastic remark!! Unacceptable!! I said nothing to this person and did not react to her behavior towards me because I did not want to stoop to her level and wanted to avoid ruining my reputation as a resident. Please treat every single resident with respect, especially if they are respectful towards you. We pay a lot of money to this association and deserve to be treated with dignity. Not just some residents! All of us!! read more

As an owner of a building managed by Valencia, good luck! They use plumbers that charge like 3x the normal price. I am sure here is some form of commission kick back to them. My experiences with management companies haven't always been great. Too often, when you call, you can practically feel the irritation through the phone. "Uncomfortable" doesn't even begin to cover it. With Valencia Management, though, it's a whole different story. Drive up to their office and you're greeted with a smile. Send an email, you'll get a prompt reply. Leave a voicemail, they actually call you back. Imagine!? And the best part? You can hear the smile on the other end of the line. Emma and the front staff, basically everyone I've dealt with there have gone out of their way to help until the issue was resolved. It's refreshing. We are not allowed to touch our slopes, so the HOA must trim them. In the five years I've lived here, I've had at least two different homeowner reps, and unfortunately every one of them has been difficult to reach and deeply frustrating to work with--especially the current one. Most recently, we had a major snafu trying to rent the clubhouse for my son's birthday party. Due to lack of communication and access issues, we ultimately had to cancel at the last minute, which was incredibly disappointing and stressful.
