Customer service comes with a smile, a pleasant greeting and ZERO glaringly obvious suspicion that someone has come to do the CAM harm. Not everyone customer will look like you, but GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE is due EVERYONE that walks through your door!! I have had a lifetime of ignoring bad behavior, but calling it out when it distracts from what I enjoy, antiquing, I will. Do better! Because I LOVE ANTIQUES! I love this jewelry store and can always find exactly what I am looking for. The owner really knows his merchandise and is extremely helpful when you need something special. I wanted to send gifts back to Belgrade for my AFS (American Field Service) sister's children. I told him what I wanted in the way of color and and price and he helped me pick out one carnelian and one coral heart pendants and changed out the leather necklaces to match the pieces. They were beautiful. And yesterday, I took in a James Avery pendant (a gift from friends) and asked if he could help me with a pair of earrings. It took him just a second to show me a beautiful pair of garnet and silver earrings which looked as if they were part of the set. They were $35.00! If I had gone to James Avery to buy the earrings that exactly matched my new pendant, they would have cost me $400.00. Great custom jewelry at great prices; these really are piece of art.

Located in aa strip mall with lots of parking, this shop is roomy, clean, well organized and a great venue for gaming with friends, tournaments, figure painting at the airbrush paint station, and great tables for model set ups. The owner is friendly and personable and very knowledgeable. He is dedicated to providing a top notch gaming venue and is so far succeeding. He has quite a few different models and game sets, figures and terrain. If we lived in the area I can see this a second home for my family of avid tabletop and wargamers. As it is I am hopeful there are enough like minded gamers in the area to take advantage of this opportunity!

To finally have a full-fledged model shop in Boerne--much less one owned and curated by an award-winning modeler like Stan Spooner--is nothing short of spectacular. This isn't just a store with an endless selection of kits (though believe me, the variety is astonishing). The Model Box Hobby Shop is a community space for modelers. There are dedicated build tables, three spray booths, lockers to safely store in-progress projects, complimentary coffee, free seminars, contests, and even a well-stocked bookshelf and magazine rack.
