They are attentive to the property, and are careful to be sure doors are closed to prevent a breakaway. She had plenty of toys to play with in her pen and outside in the turf area! When I returned to get Lola she was so happy and hardly wanted to leave Gloria's side! We gave the facility another opportunity, but the second visit raised additional concerns. Our dog was dropped off for a simple puppy cut and remained there for several hours, yet only received about three hours of play due to being kenneled for "rest time." While viewing the live cameras, we observed another dog repeatedly mounting our dog. My husband had to call the facility to request intervention. At pickup, staff acknowledged this dog frequently displays the same behavior, which raises concerns about supervision and behavior management. We also noticed some staff members appeared disengaged rather than actively interacting with or supervising the dogs. We expect a safe, attentive, and well-managed environment when leaving our pet in daycare. Unfortunately, this did not meet those expectations.
