It is a great moment to just take in the peaceful energy. I love this place and parks like it in general. Everyone is just out enjoying life: Kids playing basketball, friends having picnics, people playing tennis, others reading a book or taking a calm walk with their airpods in, dogs running around the dog park while their owners watch from the sidelines, etc. The kids playing basketball always gets me a little emotional because that used to be me and my friends before the responsibilities of adulthood caused my cortisol levels to go through the roof. All we cared about was playing basketball and having fun. It's like a little time portal to the past. The FMC tower watches over the park, reflecting the sky. I always get fascinated with buildings like this and it makes me appreciate human beings. Like we just built that thing no problem. Wild. I can't close out this review without shouting out running. I could be spiraling into the abyss of negative thoughts and force myself to go for a run, and it completely alters my brain chemistry. I feel like I can do anything after a run. USTA has named this club of the year 4 times in the Mid Atlantic Region. The staff here is friendly and helpful. Courts rent for $40 an hour, $42 in the evening. They have fitness rooms, racquetball courts and you can play wallyball, playing volleyball in a racquetball court. I didn't meet any of the pros but they charge up to $90 an hour for private lesson.

Radnor Tennis Courts are pretty stellar because it offers tennis players five courts (which I am…read moregoing to assume is open to the public, as I play there) and lights. I started playing here in the fall when it wasn't high school tennis season, so hopefully when I go out there starting in the spring (more specifically so, tonight). There are a lot of parking spaces along the building and the courts are not too hard to find. The tennis courts are located on Radnor High School's campus off of King of Prussia Road. Drive straight back from the entrance and you will find a row of parking to the right, in front of one of the high school's buildings. The courts are right past the parking area. I'm going out there to play tonight, so I'll update whether or not spring time play is OK for those not going to Radnor High. Edit 4/3/08 8:30 pm: So, I played on the courts tonight and the lights were on *YAY*. I went two weeks ago and the lights weren't on, so this calls for celebration! Spring is here and it's tennis season! Earlier I said that there were five courts. There are actually nine all together. Five are lit and four aren't. As a note: From May 1 to August 29th (2008) there are lessons going on on the first and second courts in the evening. Also, I'm thinking that the Radnor High School Tennis Team practices right after school, so this is a good place to go hit after us non-high schoolers get out of work.

I was looking for a fun yet goal oriented place to sign my twins up for tennis and this place has by far exceeded my expectations. My children love tennis and look forward to going to train everyday. They train there in the winter months and also go to the CoSa summer camp while school is out. Sara and Costin are wonderful coaches and my children absolutely love them. They teach skill and discipline to the kids while they have a bunch of fun training. I would recommend Winning touch tennis to everyone!
