What a fun throwback experience to go roller skating at Coppermine Sportsman's Hall! The parking…read morelot is huge, so it's very easy to park, and it's free parking. The place is pretty easy to find though it is unlikely you'd just happen to drive by it, as it is kind of not on the beaten path. You can purchase everything ahead of time in terms of skate rentals and entry. It's pretty reasonable for one session mid-afternoon until close in the evening, you just need one entrance ticket/fee paid. You get your money's worth for sure if you are there for hours! You can bring your own skates or rent skates here- they have regular roller skates and roller blades. Both of these are in whole sizes, no half sizes, and both of them would be best on your feet with high socks that go to your lower calves, at least. Tying them tightly gives you the best skating, but that also pinches into skin if you don't have the right socks. They have an area for parties that includes a few arcade games, but mostly, you're there to skate. There are people there who are serious skaters going wicked fast and throwing some cool tricks, but we never felt bad in any way for not being one of the super talented skaters. There's a snack bar, too, with your classic fare like burgers, hot dogs, nachos, fries and funnel cake fries. Yummy snack junk food that makes the experience all the more reminiscent of young carefree days! They have lockers for your stuff, some don't even lock, but no one seemed concerned. There are benches for sitting and changing out your shoes to skates and vice versa, and people tend to just stash their shoes under the benches rather than get a locker. A good time all around and pretty affordable if you're there for a while!

I had my daughter's party at from 10-12 am Saturday morning. The time worked well for me. I booked my party on the website about a month out. There is a 200 dollar deposit that is non refundable that you pay at the time of booking. They said you are able to use it as a credit for another date if something happens and you have to cancel. They have a menu online that you can purchase food for your party. They have pizza, fries, mozzarella sticks, and assorted sodas. If you choose to bring outside food there is an additional 225 fee they will add on (75 for food and 150 for cleanup) . They allow you to bring a outside cake at no additional charge. We ordered pizza and fries for the kids. They used a Spotify playlist for music. Had a great time with the kids for two hours. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had a issue with the cake we ordered for the part not being delivered. Staff was very helpful. Even though they don't have cake they did give us a discount on some ice cream for the kids. The provided candles as well. They definitely went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had a great birthday.

This is such an awesome rink. I recently took my 4 year old here for his first time ice skating. I…read moregrew up ice skating but have no experience teaching a young child. The employees at the rink were so helpful on getting him the right ice skates, giving pointers for lacing and some great tidbits on getting him used to being on ice skates. The skate rentals are the best I've ever seen and ended up being better than the hand me down hockey ice skates I brought for him. After some help from Jeff, my son went from wanting to go home to asking when we can come back for more ice skating. And he has been talking about ice skating every day since we went last week. They do a great job with covid safety and currently the number of skaters is reduced. I highly recommend coming here for public skating, especially on a weekday. I can't wait to get my kids enrolled in skating lessons here.

Call me drama idc, let me add all the things his 50 yo sister going through her 10th year of menopause and still cuts up her 10-11 yo chick nugs - here's how she thinks I am as a mom it's his way out the highway. he's there to make cheap fatass Jeff money cause they man doesn't know what he's doing the kid staff are disrespectful. tom Gibson is prejudice against the high Indian population there as well. he'd rather divert a problem then handle it himself. and zach Overholtzer. what a joke. you'll never see him in that building yet the man still gets an office and a paycheck. a "coach" teaching your kids but wil rip my 6 mo old out of her car seat and grab her neck to the point he has 2 pfas against him do not pay to go here. jeff brable rips people off and has been cheap since I was 15 yo.
