I called right back and I get the "please call back during business hours" message. Why would they close the phone lines before the posted closing time (430)!? The dispatch center for after hours is useless also! I called because they sent a prescription to the state of Missouri. I live in RENTON!! Now I can't even get a hold of them to resend the prescription. Lastly, why does the business owner write a reply telling you to email them so the team can reach back out to you?? People just want you to make things better. Can't you tell by the negative reviews?? You can have your team call us back regarding complaints, but not answer the day-to-day phone calls? Makes no sense.

I tried calling the dentist part to see if I could get in communication with someone. Nope lol. Super disappointing and frustrating as a clinic...soooo close to me is soooo far from allowing any type of communication. 10/10 care when you get in but -10000/10 for communication in any way shape or form. I waited patiently, seeking relief for a severe allergic rash that was causing pain. I had already been to the regular doctor 4 times, but they said I needed a dermatologist. I got to this clinic and I was rushed in and out within 10 minutes. I didn't even have time to fill out all the paperwork they gave me. Jennifer asked me one question and just "knew" what was wrong. She did a biopsy and sent me on my way. Weeks went by with no word. I ended up having to call the Frontier help center to get my results and it wasn't until I called them that they said the test didn't show anything. Jennifer wrote in my medical profile that I am allergic to my medication and when I saw her she recommended I stop taking it. Turns out it had nothing to do with that and I could have had WAY more complications and pain if I had followed her direction. I would never recommend her to anyone. There is a reason she had availability so soon.
