I called right back and I get the "please call back during business hours" message. Why would they close the phone lines before the posted closing time (430)!? The dispatch center for after hours is useless also! I called because they sent a prescription to the state of Missouri. I live in RENTON!! Now I can't even get a hold of them to resend the prescription. Lastly, why does the business owner write a reply telling you to email them so the team can reach back out to you?? People just want you to make things better. Can't you tell by the negative reviews?? You can have your team call us back regarding complaints, but not answer the day-to-day phone calls? Makes no sense.

I tried calling the dentist part to see if I could get in communication with someone. Nope lol. Super disappointing and frustrating as a clinic...soooo close to me is soooo far from allowing any type of communication. 10/10 care when you get in but -10000/10 for communication in any way shape or form.
